news, anything new you found, new ufo encounters?
While I was away from the forums, myself and a colleague were conducting an investigation at the supposedly haunted "Byrd Park Pump House" in Virginia. Its a pump house drawing water from the James River, and one of the most haunted locations on the East Coast, allegedly. We were a little hesitant going there because it is open to the public, however 8 years ago, another investigator had journeyed there with a few Paranormal Investigators working for the FPR, utilizing the "Parabot" system, so I knew the general background of the place. Myself and my partner were aware of the ghost of Daniel Tetweiler, while there (who we did not have any sort of encounter with...), but we were unaware of there being a second spirit named "Elizabeth", who showed up as a spirit orb. Atop of that, there was a third spirit who we called "Spectra", appearing as a female in white.

The Pump House is a beautiful place inside and out... the history behind it is fascinating too, although I never really heard anything about it being haunted. Were you and your partner allowed to spend the night, I'm assuming?

It is a very pretty spot, in a gothic way. Yeah, we stayed for some long hours that outing. There are quite a few haunted locations in that area...

Did you guys by chance get footage or documentation of the "Spectra" spirit you encountered?

For that outing we don't have any footage I can post, due to some people in that video not wanting their faces shown, however I found this video on youtube where two people describe exactly what we encountered while there-

In the future, I will be sure to post videos of my investigations to the forums, i'm just waiting till I get something good...

Understandable... it sounds like it would be a pretty interesting thing to encounter face to face, though I'm sure you've faced enough supernatural/paranormal things that it's become normal to you, but please do that, I'll keep an eye out :)

That'd bring a good story actually, the scariest thing iv'e encountered. Honestly I think it's scarier encountering certain people then it is apparitions/cryptids/etc.

what is the weirdest thing you have ever seen?
The scariest thing to me is more on the reactionary side of things. For example, sitting in my car at a UFO hot-spot and having a pickup truck driven by a UFO guru with his wife pull up to me, record me, and accuse me of being an MIB isn't very comforting. Honestly, I kind of understand conspiracy theorists and people into that stuff not liking the sight of some dude in a suit and tie, wearing sunglasses, parked in a black car at someplace you'd expect UFO and Cryptozoologists to be scouting, though.... idk

Weirdest thing iv'e ever seen though? Definitely this one haunting where an apparition appeared as a floating disembodied head at one point. That was some spooky sh*t.
