Global Cooling or Global Warming?

But not possible to be both hollow and flat at the same time?

These two idiotic camps should battle each other to mutual destruction.

Haha, I never put the two together, a flat hollow earth, we live on a weird planet lol...

Historically the temperature occilates when we are reentering the ice age until one of the cold down turns becomes permanent.

I think we have seen this already beginning the last couple years or so...

I thought there were continuous thermo nuclear reactions going on, causing the flow of heat.. Or is it just ancient residual heat from
where the planet once formed ? I dont know
Most of the uranium is in the core.

Some core/mantle heat is generated from fission, some from the differentiation by gravity (the heavy part ssunk to the bottom), and some from gravitational interactions.

In theory generating the magnetic field should generate some heat as well, but nobody mentions it. The core rotating backwards has to generate a lot of turbulence and friction.

Estimates are about 1/3 the heat is residual from creation of the earth, about 1/3 fission and 1/3 other things.

Uranium/iron mix?...I've considered the possibility that perhaps the gas planets have radioactive cores or a higher concentration of radioactive elements in their cores...

That what needs investigating more..

The other third is said to be mostly gravitational effects (from differentiation or other bodies).

Physics says the magnetic field is heating the core. The friction and turbulence from the magnetic field spinning the core backwards certainly heats the core but this doesn't get mentioned by anyone.

The cold will win on this round.
We have a big space rock over due for impact. That certainly will not cause global heating but rather a big cool down in the long haul. Though things could get pretty hot for those first couple of minutes near the impact zone.

I don't think it will take much to kick us into a deep freeze...

Maybe a stray rock, or an unexpected volcanic eruption, or the sun becoming even more inactive...

Mount Agung in Indonesia is close to Mount Tamboura. If it erupts like Tamboura it will cause a global cooling. There is also one near Mount Toba that might erupt soon. That eruption was the largest in the last 2.5 million years.....it would likely cause a global cooling event that would turn into an ice age.

Yup, lots of events that could easily trigger the big cool down.

It seems to me its much easier to cool the earth down than to heat it up...

Another world war ought to cool down the planet enough eh?...x26
