I think there is similar information as this circulating online but I received this information over 20 years ago on hand written paper...

12 Strand DNA Works in Pairs with 12 Chakras Working in Pairs:

1. Root - Survival
2. Navel - Sex

DNA: 1st Pair: governs the creation of all aspects of our physical body. It controls our genetic patterning, our physical body, our predisposition to certain health conditions, our aging process, our metabolism and much more.

3. Solar Plexus - Feeling
4. Heart - Love

DNA: 2nd Pair: governs our emotional body. It creates and controls our genetic emotional profile as well as our predisposition to certain emotional conditions. For example, it governs our EQ (our emotional intelligence), determines whether we will be a type A or a type B personality and determines whether we will be introverted or extroverted.

5. Throat - Communication
6. Brow - Psychic Perceptions

DNA: 3rd Pair: governs our mental body. It controls our genetic mental profile and determines whether our mental energy be directed toward logical, linear, rational thinking (as in a scientist or an engineer) or toward the intuitive, artistic expression. Furthermore, it controls whether we will be primarily optimistic or primarily pessimistic.

7. Crown – Higher Awareness
8. Energy Center – Energy Bodies

DNA: 4th Pair: governs our soul. It controls our karmic patterning and our genetic soul profile. Karmic patterning refers to the karmic pre-conditioning that we have brought into this lifetime to work with and master. Specifically, it includes karmic wounds, issues or lessons that were not resolved or completed in past lifetime experiences and which will re-manifest in this lifetime to give us with an opportunity to resolve them. Genetic soul profile governs our soul's mission. It determines what soul level archetypal pattern we will have. For example will we be destined to be a leader, healer, builder, teacher, student, warrior, monastic, parent, etc? Furthermore, it contains a profile of the experiences we are to have, the wisdom we are to develop, the spiritual strengths we are to master, the service we are to provide to others and the path we are to take to find pure joy.

9. Soul Blueprint – Planetary
10. Divine Creativity – Solar System

DNA: 5th Pair: governs our soul cluster and controls the movement and timing of specific souls within a soul cluster to seek and find each other to the mutual fulfillment of their soul’s purpose.

11. Advanced Pathwork – Galaxy
12. Divinity - Universe

DNA: 6th Pair: governs all of creation and aligns your 12-strand DNA with divine will.

There are three important parts to meditating: thinking, awareness, and the breath.

All three of these parts have to be kept right together at all times.

Don't let any one of them come loose from the others.

I meditate with one of three gemstones, A quartz sphere, a kyanite sphere, or a lapis lazuli...

When I was in Buffalo NY, a few years ago I used a large selenite specimen to help keep negative things from me whilst I slept and traveled...That was a strange city, very old and dark energies reside there...

All are excellent choices! I would Suggest Obsidian, Black Tourmaline and Black Onyx.

Bob and I traveled a bit. there were two places we went that were very dark. The Winchester House. No place I visited has the dark negative Aura of that house. Sarah Winchester believed the souls of all who died by the rifle her husband made were chasing her. and the aura of that house is black and death lingers there.
The Queen Mary. A girl died in the 1st class pool. A collision at sea. The ship is haunted. Souls trapped in the ship. I think the poor girl does not know she is dead.
I never been to Buffalo. may have to visit one day.
Blessed Be

I'd like to give more detail to the advanced spiritual chakras beginning with the 8th chakra, which is the energy center of the spiritual bodies and of divine love, of spiritual compassion and spiritual selflessness, it activates spiritual skills contained in the 7th chakra...It's the first of the spiritual chakras and sits above the 7th chakra by about two feet...When the 8th chakra begins to open up and expand then a new spiritual awareness comes about...The individual senses himself as being part of a much much larger community of people and beings and things...

The 8th chakra is the gateway to ideas, concepts and and abilities outside the scope of what is known in the main stream of spiritual work...This energy center enables the individual to achieve advanced out of body projection, travel, advanced spiritual perception, and spiritual wisdom...I use the word spiritual here because these abilities, ideas, and experiences are beyond that of the self and the earth...They go far beyond the mundane...

When the 8th chakra opens up, so too does some advanced spiritual abilities, what type and how many of these abilities and to what degree will vary from individual to individual...The foundations for this resides in the 7th chakra center, keep in mind however that when a person's 8th chakra begins to open, they may only see a glimmer of these abilities but not have any great control over them whilst others may have greater control immediately, once the center opens up...It will vary from person to person but with development and discipline one can grasp control with greater objective perception and wisdom...

Nivek you posted an amazing enlightened message. Only an enlightened master or Grand warlock has spoken in such a manner. May I ask the steps you took to open the 8th Chakra? What stone did you use, if any? I wait for more wisdom on this subject.
Blessed Be

To access our higher energies and these energy centers, bridges must be built, the existing ones have been a one way affair because of the conditions in which so many live their lives, disconnected from their real self...In silence a great deal of work can be done, silence in meditation is a silent work, meditation brings clarity yes, but the quality and duration of that clear energy is determined solely by the amount of work put into meditation, the silent work...This work that can bring your personal energy to a boiling point, so to speak, silence is explosive when refining energies, what must be done to build bridges is refine the energies to reach it...This also changes the individual's resonance tuning to these refined higher energies, once a connection is made the firm foundation of this bridge becomes established and opened even more, this is the good work if performed correctly...

Then there's the one last identifying mark an individual carries, the most difficult one to let go of because we've identified with it for so long in life, since the beginning of this life...One is not always consciously aware of this one, it is so well hidden in plain sight as something else, it has been one's inner ally and stumbling block, given one support and strength and also has been a crutch and caused problems in life, sometimes called the Chief Feature in some esoteric circles of thought...This must be reckoned with or no movement is possible...

There is more that can be said of this, which I will write very soon as well as points on accessing the 9th Chakra...The right timing is of utmost importance...

Consciously engaging the 9th chakra means understanding all that has been learnt and understood throughout all lifetimes, one's abilities and skills that have been ready and waiting to be used...Some may say this chakra holds the key to the soul's destiny, which is not so, whenever I have read this it tell me immediately that the person writing does not know or understand the vary thing they write about...This 'key' is held by nothing and no one, its living and breathing, so to speak...

The 9th chakra energy deepens inner vision across planes of existence, even whilst the individual is still living a corporeal life, understanding matures into wisdom, this transition and awakening is a monumental point of growth and development for some, for others a remembrance...

When healing is performed through the use of this chakra directly the healer will certainly slip into a trance-like state but still completely aware and the healer may begin to see some kind of intricate structures or pathways because he/she is also opening an inner vision of a different sort...Healing through use and the focus of this chakra is actually relatively easy, healing at this level happens fairly quickly and does not take a great deal of energy, all one is really doing is adjusting a flow of very refined energy...

Not really, it's dependent upon the resonance of the individual...

Nivek I hope this helps you in your walk:

When our energy is imbalanced due to a lack of present-mindedness, resisting certain experiences, and repressing our emotions, we experience energetic lethargy.
Energetic lethargy is like stifling the flow of a crystal clear stream so that it becomes a stagnant cesspool of slime and illness.
Energy is meant to flow — that is it’s very nature. Anything that blocks that flow creates physical, emotional, and psychological sickness.
In fact, you’ll notice that you feel the most vibrant and grounded when you are actively allowing yourself to experience the present moment.
This is our natural state of being! And yet so many of us struggle to experience it.
If you’re an energy-sensitive person such as an empath or healer, you’ll know first-hand how much suffering can result in blocked energy. As a result of stagnant and murky energy, you might have experienced (or currently feel) the following symptoms:
Chronic muscle aches and pains
Poorly functioning immune system
Constant colds and flu
Skin problems such as acne and eczema
Hormone imbalances
Headaches and migraines
Poor blood circulation
Lethargy and low energy
Chronic illnesses
Depression
Anxiety
High blood pressure
Lack of motivation
Irritability and mood swings
When Qi or prana life-force energy stops flowing, the chakra or energy-centres within our bodies become blocked.
This cessation of flowing life-force energy makes it difficult for us to feel grounded, centered, energized, and full of joy for life.
This is why chakra cleansing can be so useful and beneficial.
There are many chakra cleansing methods out there, but one of my favorites are tea infusions because you receive immediate physical, mental and energetic benefits.
Not only are herbs a natural healing option, but they’re also easy to find.
And the best thing is that most chakra cleansing herbs can be grown in your garden at a relatively low cost, and not much hassle.
1. ROOT CHAKRA — ASHWAGANDHA
Root Chakra Cleansing Herb image
The Root Chakra or Muladhara is responsible for our feelings of being grounded, safe and secure.
If you have an imbalanced root chakra, you’ll struggle with problems such as:
Feeling disconnected from yourself and others
Worries about basic needs (food, money, shelter)
Never feeling “at home” anywhere you go
Persistent anxiety
Poor circulation
Eating disorders (obesity, anorexia)
Digestive problems
Ashwagandha, also known as Indian Ginseng or Winter Cherry, is an ayurvedic herb that has powerful root chakra cleansing properties.
Ashwagandha is a deeply strengthening and nourishing herb that reduces stress, helps increase blood flow, relieves anxiety and depression, and even has cancer-killing properties making it a powerful antioxidant. This herb also reduces inflammation, treats diabetes and cholesterol, and improves fertility.
2. SACRAL CHAKRA — DAMIANA
Sacral Chakra Cleansing Herb image
The Sacral Chakra or Swadhisthara is the center of sexuality and creativity.
If you have an imbalanced Sacral Chakra, you’ll struggle with problems such as:
Sexual suppression and dysfunction
Emotional repression
Energetic lethargy
Lack of creativity
Demotivation
Infertility
Menstrual problems
Chronic lower back pain
Inability to emotionally open up to other people
Difficulty dealing with emotions
Coldness and indifference to others
Codependency and clinginess in relationships
Damiana is a plant native to the United States, Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean, having potent sacral chakra cleansing properties.
Damiana is known most popularly for its aphrodisiac effects that increase sexual desire and performance.
However, Damiana also has many other benefits such as calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety and depression and regulating blood sugar levels.
3. SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA — LEMONGRASS
The Solar Plexus (Manipura), is the center of self and identity.
If you have an imbalanced Solar Plexus Chakra, you’ll struggle with problems such as:
Low self-esteem
Egotism/narcissism
Lack of focus and motivation
Constant negative self-talk
Lack of confidence
Self-isolation
Anxiety and depression
Aggression and anger issues
Poor boundaries
Codependency
Addiction
Poor digestion
Inability to gain or lose weight
Lemongrass is a common herb often used in various dishes, yet it has significant Solar Plexus chakra cleansing benefits.
With a taste similar to lemon (except milder), Lemongrass helps to reduce depression, support the immune system, refresh the mind, cleanse and detoxify the body, improve digestion, and stabilize cholesterol.
Almost anyone can grow this herb and harvest it to make tea!
4. HEART CHAKRA — HAWTHORN BERRY
The Heart Chakra (Anahata), is responsible for our ability to give and receive love.
If you have an imbalanced Heart Chakra, you’ll struggle with problems such as:
Resentment and hatred of others
Lack of fulfilling relationships
Stinginess
Suspicion and paranoia
Jealousy
Lack of empathy/cold-heartedness
Aggression and passive-aggression
Self-victimisation and martyrdom
Loneliness and isolation
Possessiveness
Grudge-holding
Melancholy
Mood swings
Sadness and depression
Trust issues
Heart issues (high blood pressure, etc.)
The Heart Chakra is an important chakra to heal as it is often thought as central to our well-being and is commonly referred to as the “Imperial Chakra.”
Hawthorn is a perfect choice for healing heart-centered problems.
By itself, Hawthorn Berry has a sweet and slightly tart taste, almost like sour apple sauce.
Hawthorn Berry has been long used to treat heart problems related to Heart Chakra blockages such as angina, arrhythmia, and unstable blood pressure.
Hawthorn Berry also helps remove bad cholesterol from the blood stream, reduces anxiety, and has powerful antioxidant properties that remove free radicals from the body.
5. THROAT CHAKRA — SLIPPERY ELM
The Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) is the center of self-expression and truth.
If you have a blocked Throat Chakra, you’ll struggle with issues such as:
Social anxiety
Shyness
Inability to express yourself
Excessive inhibition
Dishonesty
Miscommunication in relationships
Neck pain
Throat problems
Slippery Elm tastes best when combined with other herbs as it is rather chalky by itself (check out Buddha tea’s mix).
However, this shrub has important throat chakra cleansing benefits.
Slippery Elm is essentially tree bark from the Slippery Elm tree that is grounded into a fine powder.
Traditionally, Slippery Elm has been used to heal throat conditions as it turns to gel once in contact with water, but it also has a wide range of other benefits.
Slippery Elm helps to lubricate the stomach and intestines which help heal issues such as indigestion and stomach ulcers.
This bark also supports the adrenal glands and reduces overall inflammation in the body.
6. THIRD EYE CHAKRA — PASSIONFLOWER
Your Third Eye Chakra (Ajna), is the center of wisdom, insight, and knowledge.
If you have a blocked Third Eye Chakra, you’ll struggle with problems such as:
Having rigid and limiting beliefs
Overly intellectual and strict emphasis on logic
Cynicism
Living in a fantasy world with no basis in reality
Egomania
Poor focus
Easily distracted
Confusion
Naivety and ignorance
Lack of will power and self-discipline
Loss of connection with intuition
Headaches
Insomnia
Obsessive compulsions (OCD)
Mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety
Passionflower is the ideal herb for the Third Eye Chakra.
Passionflower helps treat insomnia, anxiety disorders, depression, headache pain, and even drug withdrawal symptoms.
7. CROWN CHAKRA — LAVENDER
Your Crown Chakra (Sahasrara), is your connection to higher consciousness and spirituality.
If you have an imbalanced Crown Chakra, you’ll struggle with problems such as:
Spiritual cynicism
Apathy
Self-destruction
God Complex
Spiritual materialism/addiction
Dissociation
Disconnection from reality
Restlessness and frustration
Feeling lost
Existential depression
Loneliness
Emptiness
One of the most uplifting and delightfully common chakra cleansing herbs out there for the Crown Chakra is Lavender.

Blessed Be

The root chakra is the first chakra. Its energy is based on the earth element. It’s associated with the feeling of safety and grounding. It’s at the base of the chakra system and lays the foundation for expansion in your life.
Where is the Root Chakra?
The first chakra or root chakra is located at the base of the spine. The corresponding body locations are the perineum, along the first three vertebrae, at the pelvic plexus. This chakra is often represented as a cone of energy starting at the base of the spine and going downward and then slight bent up.
Key characteristics of the root chakra
The first chakra is associated with the following functions or behavioral characteristics:
Security, safety
Survival
Basic needs (food, sleep, shelter, self-preservation, etc.)
Physicality, physical identity and aspects of self
Grounding
Support and foundation for living our lives
The root chakra provides the foundation on which we build our life. It supports us in growing and feeling safe into exploring all the aspects of life. It is related to our feeling of safety and security, whether it’s physical or regarding our bodily needs or metaphorical regarding housing and financial safety. To sum it up, the first chakra questions are around the idea of survival and safety. The root chakra is where we ground ourselves into the earth and anchor our energy into the manifest world.
Blessed Be
