So I finally tried out Twitter and having some engaging interactions with big players in various fields I'm interested in, not excluding the "X-files" anymore - thanks to the NYT December article that allowed me to do so without fear of being ridiculed.
The format has it's pros and cons, certainly.
Found many big or very active names in the field.
