If F-106's out of nearby Great Falls couldn't catch sight of the UFO then no other plane besides possibly a Lockheed SR-71 could have. To my knowledge that was the only plane ever made that could fly faster than the F-106 that wasn't rocket powered like the X-15, and which isn't even really an airplane so much as a sub orbital vehicle.
^Yes...what thesis is that...?
Well....from what I know of notdej from several forums....;his 'thesis' is that there is nothing to the ufo phenomenon at all...period, end of thesis.
Actually the XB70 and MiG25 were faster than the F106 as well......and it was also slower than 3 other interceptors considered for production.
I'm sure quite a few over the years but I'd say probably all sightings are affected by fantasy of some degree

That's a large blanket you unfold here, and would have a generous level of implications if your statement were true, the mathematical probability doesn't stay afloat...There are always going to be some who see it's for what it is without fantasizing mixing in...
Sometimes we build monuments to help us symbolize ideals for a time, but then monuments become subject to fantasy, interpretations, and when the interpretation becomes more negative, the monuments are removed...
I've noticed lately that some monuments that have been removed began as a fantasy and have been removed when the real story came out.
In the time these statues were erected, they were considered great leaders... These people... had one or two things they stood for that are now so unacceptable by today's perspective.... well, it is all that matters now... forget any of the good things they may have done, because we dont like the fact that a country was at civil war, and it could have gone the other way... Glad it didn't.
Todays reasoning is that by taking down the statues, we have taken step forward... and this action is a symbol of our time and today's interpretation of the facts...
The truth is in the middle... but ignoring the other facts doesnt matter to the state of mind we are in now...
What matters to the majority is how we symbolize to ourselves that which was never acceptable and true.
I wouldnt want a monument of hitler in my neighborhood...
So I completely understand...
The point is that these things are real to us, but the strength of the feelings, are based on perceptions of what these these monuments mean today, not what they meant then...
Really? NO... THE Haters, refered to them as an excuse to hate... they twisted the meaning...The thing is the monuments were not put up for the good things they did....and now it appears people realize the hate that they stand for.

I do not think White Supremacy is what they stood for. They killed several of their own race in a cival war to protect their wealth... It was always about greed, not hatred.
The truth is, these were important figures in history during their time...
One of the the things they stood for, was doomed to fail in the long term... it was a lost cause... and somehow that one thing is the only thing that people define them by.
But to lump them all in as haters is incorrect. They were greedy, and they were dedicated to protecting their great wealth... What they did in battle was no worse than the huge loss of life incuurred from the opposing side, who are still heralded as heros, but in opposition, equally greedy in the plans of their own...
TheWhite Supremacy thing was a sound bite used to get uneducated people to help fight for their cause... on both sides... so the whole thing was stupid... Slavery never should have existed at all, and for a war to be fought, and for a fight to continue about it today, seems rediculous to me...
Wiping out monuments will not change what happened, and it does not serve anything but to continue an US vs THEM mentality.
Why are we still debating that? We have had a majority in favor of equality as far as the Presidency... when will it be over?
I think the Vorlons had it right.....'Understanding is a three edged sword... your side, their side, and the truth."
I think the Vorlons were referring to personal and inter-relational truths in that context and not material science ones...but maybe they know more about the true nature of Reality..?Proper scientific studies use opposing views and neutral information to come to the most valid conclusion.
