Just watched the first one 'Daymares' and my first thoughts are that when it comes to putting a caption on a video intended to be posted publicly that spell check is free
Old photos tend to ring the creepy bell right away due to the nature of the equipment in use at the time, lighting, old fashioned clothes, etc. Not related to the paranormal but I like to browse through this site
Shorpy.com which contains some very high quality old photos of everyday life. The quality removes some of the inherent weirdness and humanizes the images. So basically I'm not putting much stock in the 1905 photo and I think it was included to add scariness.
I admit that early on the shadow in the window looked very creepy and his reaction seemed genuine, but the second one toward the end was clearly his cat - which is why it went under the bed. Ghost of Maine Coon maybe. One of mine was just standing on a chair in the exact same pose jabbering at something outside in a tree. Meow, baby. My first impression of the smiling image "
I see you" was also a cat. The clothing being tugged out the door and the image of something standing in that room struck me as fishing line fake - not that I could detect it but it sure looked that way. Given a higher quality video it might be more obvious. Even the
Ghost Hunters pulled that crap in a few of their episodes.
As for the noises - too much external noise pollution. The 1840s vintage house I grew up in was capable of emitting some freaky noises. Squirrels in the outer attic can be heart stoppers if you're already primed for ghosts. Not saying EVPs and so forth are all fakes, just that in this case the audio isn't useful.
If that were my house and I really thought there was an entity that I wanted to document the kitty would go to the day spa, I'd have multiple audio recorders running and a high quality video camera permanently posted in that room. A timestamp on everything would certainly help to paint a clearer picture in case something was detected.
If I wanted to make a creepy video for YouTube I'd do just what this guy did.
Sorry to be a wet blanket but you did ask
