A very strange encounter in Wisconsin, 1994

This is all the information we have. At the time it was classed as a CE-1, but it's weirder than that. How credible this is, we don't know since there was no follow-up.

Heard of anything similar?

wow! this craft closely matches the object I saw in Madison in 98!

wow a 3rd craft! again in Madison matches what I saw!

we have 3 reports all match in configuration. 1994, 98, 02. this leads me to beleve a possible answer.
elcho Wi is 3 hours to the north.
it is possible that a B2 or a F117 was assigned to a Milwaukee unit. The craft operated between those years.
Green bay can host a B2. but has a small reserve unit.
but the fact a craft matching a B2 was seen in one area in the space of 8 years shows the military did have a state of the art craft in the area.
I will be looking into other sightings to help nail it down

I've read alot of triangle accounts, but cannot recall any in which the craft had USAF markings. Wisconsin has had a fair number of triangle reports over the years:

thanks! the craft we saw had no lights or markings.
the list is extensive. any triangle craft before the introduction of the current generation of aircraft must receive deeper investigation.
