My left arm and wrist is extremely painful, part of my wrist is swollen, I was wrenching on a machine doing some repairs and my arm and wrist got twisted in a tight spot in the equipment...I may have to see a doctor if its any worse tomorrow...I'm on my laptop right now and its very painful to type these words using my left hand...
Yeah, going to see a doctor tomorrow...
I'm having more and more "Aleve nights" as I get older.I went to bed around 2200 last night, after meditating with a blood stone and focus on my arm and wrist to heal, it was in a lot of pain last night, even my fingers were very sore and difficult to move in my left hand...I woke up at 0500 this morning for work and my arm felt so much better, slight stiffness but no pain, the wrist swelling was almost gone and it had very minor pain when I moved it, the hand felt much better...
Went to work deciding not to see a doctor now and 15 minutes into the beginning of the work day we suddenly hear a loud BOOM!!! and all electrical power goes out, lights and machinery...A minute later the lights came on but nothing else, I went to my office and grabbed my multimeter testing the 480 volt lines I find out one leg of power is gone...So we had a transformer blow out, all three buildings of equipment dead in the water, I call the power company and report the problem, then came out and investigated and estimated 5 to 7 hours before power would be restored...Needless to say I sent everyone home and shut down the plant for the day and weekend, resuming our scheduled work on Monday next week...

I've never attempted planting watermelons but I've always heard they're very difficult to grow.Been out in the garden tiling the last area to plant the watermelons, its hot today, 90 degrees and full sunshine...I have everything ready now to plant and the chicken wire is up surrounding the garden to keep the deer out...After the sun goes behind the treeline this afternoon I will finish, time to cool off now...

Its been ten years since I grew watermelon last, with limited success...They seem to like a soil that has sand mixed in it, so to start them I have an 8 x 8 foot pen that I tilled up and fenced and I mixed twenty pounds of sand in that soil and mulched it all with a slight hill in the middle which is where the plants with begin growing, I planted 5 seeds in a circle near the center of that pen...There's also a mammoth sunflower I planted in each corner and when the melon plants fill that area I will move the fence out and make it a 20 x 20 foot area for the melons to spread out leaving 4 large sunflower plants growing in the mist of the watermelon patch...If all grows well lol...
The last image shows the other part of the garden this year, an 8x 25 foot fenced area with a long U shaped row of pole green beans and 3 short rows of peppers, 2 of them bell pepper seeds are planted and the last row cayenne peppers...I have a bunch of red potatoes yet to plant, they are already growing stalks of about 2 inches long out of a potato and ready for soil...I'm just not sure yet where I want to place the potato growing buckets this year, something to do tomorrow...
