When two things come together...I wonder why?

Taken from one of the above posts.

It is like saying that someone has a tattoo of a bird on their left wrist and not mentioning it

???????
I am confused again.

Who is this person if anyone here?

The only reason why I am making this post, is because I noticed the wings on this uniform afterwards

Here's a look Beyond the Veil - at my tchotchke and geekdom :) - as well as the very Spitfire itself. Saw several at Oshkosh, WI years ago and was suitably impressed. How anyone actually fits inside is an open question.
The triplane and Val are recent additions I received as gifts, not part of an old collection. The little red 'vette sitting there is a Corgi.

Wow

I cannot see the black bit under the Spitfire.....is that a base or stand of some kind?

BTW

The tattoo I mentioned...is on the left fore arm on the underside.

Anyone close to you....your brother?

I assume this is not you 'igfarmer'..lol

(i like the dsplay as it is ironic StarTrek is there)

It's a C2 Corvette in a juice cup, acquired somewhere about 20 years ago. Made the prefect base. You might call it Perspex I suppose but the junk on my shelf collects dust and only gets vacuumed clean once or twice a year so I can't say there's any 'touching up' going on.Interesting, that bit I admit.

I'm the only one with ink around here and not on my forearms. The imagery is quite distinct - picking up any specifics about it?

Hello 'pigfarmer'

Thermoplastic of some kind but I assume ? I could not understand why the base looked black plastic until I realised that this was part of your chair...lol

Explains that!

Flexing My Psychic Muscles

What am I picking up here....????

A model aircraft builder who started off building model aeroplanes similar to these old Airfix models.
He has a collection or did have.....

I had no idea who it was honest!
Notice I used the word 'similar' ?

Next part......

I am constantly focusing on a perspex base as he is touching up an aircraft.

The feeling I get is WW2 and possibly British? Spitfires?

The above is what I wrote....I knew nothing about your hobby.

There it is!

Here comes the hard bit now sir....

Ever watched:- 'Who wants to be a millionaire' reaching the last question to a million....lol

Okay...

D_P-kfUUcAAkiYP.jpg

I admit that I got the left forearm incorrect.

I am not a very good artist but the impression that I got was wings. Bird mainly simulating an aircraft. in flight. I made the first drawing a simple pair of feathered wings. I am trying to portray the image dynamically and may be too illustrious on the extreme right? Then I am 'knocked down' by a simple wing span more of an aeroplane below. The word 'aerodrome' springs to mind.

Had no information about you having tattoos. I do see this applying to yourself 100% now that you explained that you are the one with 'ink' No other member here.

Regards

George;)

(Somehow I would like to say a large military aircraft in life like 3D with propellers spinning jumping out your back???

That would be a 'cold reading' would it not? I d0 see that but I cannot tell where it is coming from as it most likely is a book. So I am gonna stick to the above drawings...final answer)

That would be a 'cold reading' would it not?

I have to admit the Spitfire and especially the 'perspex' base surprised the skeptic in me and that was pretty cool. I was prepared to dismiss it but it's definitely an odd 'hit' and things like this pique my interest. Here's how I see this, and please bear with me a bit.

At some point earlier I mentioned our pets - probably the best example of 'cold reading' I can think of. We exchange so many very very subtle clues with our critters that an outside observer might see something more to it, but as someone keenly tuned into it I just don't think so.

Clearly in your case there were no physical clues but I have made my mark in this forum with my remarks and like all of us develop a persona. Don't take this personally, but the skeptic in me asks if I have left any clues in this forum that might lead to the impressions you have received based on that. Could your interpretation be based on something you saw here and maybe not even remember it?

Also, at 55 and interested in an old aerodrome it was a fair bet that I had an interest in aviation and built those models. As I looked through the audience I realize why they still sell them in the gift shop, and why the shelves at Hobby Lobby are still well stocked with the same models we built as kids. My brother bought two when we were there. I could attribute your 'hit' to that and honestly, that's what I initially did; statistical probability based on age and interest. Equally honestly, after I thought about it I decided that might be too pat an answer and decided to leave it in my WTF file. That file isn't overstuffed so take that as a left handed compliment. In reality we were there for nostalgia over our childhood first and foremost, we've seen those old biplanes many many times and as aviation enthusiasts we've sort of plowed that particular field as much as we need to. My brother and I could probably go on at equal length at the dock on Fleet Week or at the museum at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds.

That's where my real interest is: how to avoid 'contamination' by broadcasting information unknowingly and see if you can get some result you are certain came from a source other than yourself. I sat for a session with George Anderson out on Long Island. Read his book We Don't Die and after expressing curiosity received a reading as a (damned expensive) gift. That in and of itself was a red flag but you never know ... until you know by seeing for yourself. At work in meetings and so forth I am always very aware of my body language as it is a form of communication. Have to make sure that my expression and posture match what I am saying, and it was important enough for me to learn that lesson. So when I went for the reading I was a polite rock doing my level best to broadcast nothing. I noticed that he picked up on a number of clues regarding my physical appearance and went fishing for others based on that but decided to focus more on my wife when he realized I wasn't giving it up.

You've had an extremely interesting 'hit' and even after I factor in 'unintentional familiarity' or whatever you would like to call it due to my online persona I was still surprised. Have a look at synchronicities. Odd coincidences that I try to make meaning of and am stymied by but still paying attention and am wondering if this fits in there somewhere, although I don't especially require that any experience has to be filed away in a certain place. I am also wondering if my online persona has lent itself to the impressions received about tattoos because that seems more in line with what you have drawn than what I actually have.

I could have mentioned that my 'fast car' is green but it isn't a uniform, has no gold braid etc - yet there are those who would seize upon that and call it 'further evidence.' That to me would be a stretch - just mentioning it as an example.

So George, you have engaged a skeptic and surprised me - you saw something gratuitously thousands of miles away that a 'paid professional' didn't. Hope you're not misinterpreting what I am saying - just explaining how I look at it. No matter who is 'viewing' or 'reading' for whatever purpose it seems the impressions are less than clear and I accept that. George Anderson explained that he received a mixture of impressions and his religious upbringing meant that many of these 'visions' were of various saints and imagery from his church. A bit freaky to me honestly but that's what he said, and it makes sense.

I would be extremely interested in any impressions you receive - and thank you for taking the time to do so. I won't reveal what the ink is but assure you it's distinct and might make an interesting experiment here.

Thanks again

Hello pigfarmer,
Firstly, thank you very much for getting back to me.

With all sincerity I know nothing about you. When I did the reading, it was mainly to get my 'psychic muscles flexing'

People often feel an intrusion when I read them, and it it angers them if they are sceptical because it begins to tear away their scepticism and when they are sceptic, it is very difficult to break these barriers without a fight.
Often they come along and say:- "Prove that you can read me?" You know, that they will either try and catch you out or mislead, so I refrain doing so. Often they will go quiet so you cannot make your point. Then you have another 1000 or so more to read because you have to gain recognition with every single one and it just takes one reading to pull you down.

They say that they are open minded, but they are not, as they had already made up their minds to destroy you.

So I refrain from reading folk and instead use past posting to evaluate Remote Sensing.

With your case, it is totally different. You missed the post which in a way I am glad that you did.

The only reason that I synchronised with you was after I saw your post on the Rhinebeck Aerodrome.

If you read my column of remote sensing posts, you will see that I had done this before.

Readers reading this post will think that we know each other and that this was planned. You and I are the only ones who know that this is not so.

When I first joined here, these guys probably thought:- "Another impostor!" I think I got past the stage of madness because they began to know me...lol

They began to think that I was a clever trickster and manipulated a few postings and selected some making alterations even though they were date stamped.
It lead me to believe that they did not completely trust me? Probably thought I was on drugs?

They are probably now looking at this post and 'sniffing' .lol

I found them to be good people, honest, intelligent and fair which is more than I can say for a lot of sites I had been on.

Hence I do not mind working with them and sharing what I kiow. It is up to them whether they believe or not, as I respect them!

I will continue to lay low with my ability but will continue at some later stage.

Have to go to Newark now but will answer the rest of your post later

George:)

Thanks George. I'm not freaked out - just interested and a bit plodding or methodical in the way I evaluate things. I say 'have at it' and don't feel intruded upon at tall. And for the record, no, I have no idea who you are beyond what you have written. I'd be very curious to know about any imagery that comes your way.

Hello 'pigfarmer'

Sorry about the delay. Got terrible gut ache for three days. Feels muscular after my belt cut into my waist whilst washing the car wheels.

Here I think it is difficult when reading a person. We do not always understand what we are picking up? If it is deliberate then that is a different story.

I always like to know nothing about the person I read.

For example that sword fencer further up the thread. If we know too much, we give up- on our psychic mind.

The thing here is you are 4000 miles away and I know nothing about you.

If you look at the reading of Jan Newly, that even surprised me.

This is totally different in a way. I picked on the example below and forgot about the remark I had made.

It is like saying that someone has a tattoo of a bird on their left wrist and not mentioning it

Only to revitalise it when I saw the picture of the airman with the set of wings on his uniform.

The two seemed to match up and that started to 'cold read' for me. Had no idea that you had any tattoos but I realised that if you had any, which you admitted that you did, that it would resemble wings and have attributes toward a bird.

Thoughts of a biplane in 3D on your back came to mind, but I dismissed it and focused on the wings. I drew what I thought I could see...so from hence forth this was what I had drawn. When I get messages, the are difficult because I do not understand what I am seeing? This image of the wings could even be from one of your books? I will give you an example later.

I would be extremely interested in any impressions you receive - and thank you for taking the time to do so. I won't reveal what the ink is but assure you it's distinct and might make an interesting experiment here.

Overall..we have to look at the bigger picture. You are 4000 miles away and all Ia m doing is talking with my eyes.
Impression wise? Amazing clairvoyance but I have done a lot better.

The ink impression would now not be accurate to build on. I have too much information on it already.

Plane Crash WW2
Hello pigfarmer...

You may be able to help me on this one.

I was doing a seance in our house when I picked up this American pilot (seems like he was Canadian?)

Got him on EVPS.

So I thought:-"What the heck is he doing here??"

Turned out that his plane had crashed and he came down nearly on top of our house WW2
(was not built yet)

D_djjnDWsAAt_rJ.jpg

He kept saying:-

"Hell's bells won't do it!"

I am not American.....what does that mean exactly?

He keeps asking me if I found his plane? Story to follow.

D_djjm_XkAAfqes.jpg

I found this months later in our monthly rag. I have obliterated my address hence the spaces.

Interesting. I'm a little curious why at this late date the residents chose to erect a monument. I would think there are probably quite a number of crashes like that which may not yet have been found, and probably never will be.

I am not American.....what does that mean exactly?

American and Canadian linguistic idiom aren't the same. The expression is a bit dated and isn't in common use and the only time I can recall hearing was on an episode of M*A*S*H. Googled it and found this:

'Hell's bells' - the meaning and origin of this phrase

The expression came into common use in the first half of the 20th century and, in 1932, the Australian soldier Joseph Maxwell's used it in the title of the mémoire of his experiences during WWI - Hell's Bells and Mademoiselles. This title was echoed later by George Melly who published his experiences of the Royal Navy in WWII under the title of Rum, bum and concertina.

There's no reason to look for any special meaning of Hell's bells - it doesn't refer to diabolical campanology - the 'bells' are added just for the rhyme. It is an uncommon phrase in that, as well as being an example of reduplication, it is also a minced oath. Adding 'bells' was simply a way of uttering the oath 'Hell' and making it sound acceptable in polite company.

- maybe that's how I heard it on '70s TV

Problem is that things like this are interesting synchronistic occurrences - hard to quantify. I've heard a couple of interviews with Dr.Caroline Watt on The Unexplained With Howard Hughes and what she (and others) at the University of Edinburgh

Parapsychology

has been to create repeatable experiments and to factor out statistical probability. The gap between what they can discount due to random chance and repeatable result is where the cookies are, and it seems as if they've had some successes. I don't think the original Rhine studies proved any useful statistical divergence. I realize you've had interesting experiences and I wonder what sort of tests could be designed that might help quantify them. My skills are prosaic dialed into fixing crap electrical and mechanical. I leave that sort of thing to others. How to design such an experiment is quite a pickle.

That said, no harm in informally trying stuff. If your impressions have been clouded for now so be it. Maybe something else will come up. You want to know what the ink is to see how it compares to your impression I'll show you, otherwise we can just file it for future reference.

Hello 'Pigfarmer'

I really appreciate your effort on this one..and deeply shocked that you found it.
I can tell you with 100% confirmation, as I am sure you will believe me....

This came from a dead WW2 pilot who crashed his plane and died near our property site.

This is an amazing bit of research. The more I praise you, the more you will think that I am leading you on.

I had no idea of this being a term around about that date.

Never heard it in England!

It all came about whilst I was recording EVPs in our village house a few miles away from Eakring in Newark.

You will find this interesting...

When I got the recording which was very clear, I had no idea what it was? Then I got EVPs that our place was bombed.
My first concern was who would want to bomb an open village field.

So I did my research.

Eakring - Wikipedia

well146.jpg

drill-floor-1965.jpg

eakingandcalvertonday017_crop.jpg

eakring-No-1.jpg

During WW2 Germany wanted to hit Eakring because it produced oil for WW2 fighter pilots.

avro685york.jpg

Ossington Airfield

D_kdgucW4AEFcpH.jpg

Ossington Airfield was used to protect Eakring from the Germans. We say in England:- "Where there is oil...there are Americans"

I am not being rude but as a small country, Eakring was the major oil producing village in the UK and the Brits knew little about excavation.

American service men also came to protect some of their prophets.

This American/Canadian pilot was a constant visitor to our house and he wanted to know where his plane was?

I also use an electronic motor drive flash on my camera which gave a kind of strobe flickering effect.

The American voice came on saying:- "bullets!"

I thought about this and realised that enemy gun fire would appear in this way. I suppose being a pilot, you would just see the 'flick-flick' flashes of light in the night sky?

There are a couple of interesting recordings I would like you to listen to...when I can find them.

Can you tell the difference between a bomb laden aircraft and a normal one?

We had a reenactment of the fight as it was pretty scaring. The coffee table started vibrating with the hum of bombs.

I realise that I am rather presumptuous on this, but you must listen to the recordings when I find them.

I was told by my guides not to communicate with this pilot whist in the trance state because it could kill me.

I think the reality being that this would appear absolutely real. I had also been told that most airman die before hitting the ground through shock?

I will further read your post when I have a bit more time. Just had to get back to you on this one.

Love to hear them

Can you tell the difference between a bomb laden aircraft and a normal one?

Easy to look at a ship as see if it's loaded. Unless you see the external hard points festooned with weapons the only signs would be that the plane's maneuvering will be compromised. Unless the weapons are used they (along with fuel) will sometimes have to be discarded to allow them to land at a safe weight and speed

As for the oil, the 20th century was a big fossil fuel orgy and nobody can feel overly proud of their behavior 'the night before.' We're all still suffering the hangover.

I wondered if a plane's noise sounds different by the roar of it's engines as to carry the extra weight of bombs?

I will find these recordings.

I would think so but don't know. B-17s don't make a earth shaking thundering noise on takeoff or in flight - those supercharged engines are more subdued than expected. A Wellington bomber? No idea.

You want to listen to real airmen describing real experience for a little flavor then check this out. There a couple of relevant episodes in there
