Terminator Dark Fate is a yawner to me, overly, heavily PC to death as well...If the rogue AI Terminator doesn't kill you the hard PC beating will...Also half the movie is in Spanish...Arnold doesn't look like a Terminator either, he looks tired...

...

He probably is, i certainly am to this franchise. None of the following movies have lived up to the first two, if you cant get it right in four movies, just stop. It does look like this movies bombing will end it tought, or at least force a long hiatus.

It's kinda silly to still have Arnold as a Terminator. Even though they are called cyborgs, the Terminators are more like androids. Thus they shouldn't age.

This was a cleverly written movie and I would give it a 8.3. The other things that didn't exist besides the Beatles were Coca-Cola, cigarettes & Harry Potter. I'm sure some conspiracy could be derived from that.

There's actually a band that did a parody of Hey Jude called Hey Dude.
Yesterday (2019) - Trivia - IMDb
At one point in the film, Ed Sheeran suggests to sing the famous The Beatles song "Hey Jude" as "Hey Dude." The Milwaukee-based Beatles-Metallica-crossover metal-band "Beatallica" actually did a parody version of "Hey Jude," entitled "Hey Dude." They officially released it in 2007 on their album "Sgt. Hetfield's Motorbreath Pub Band" (a parody to the Beatles-Album "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"), which was full with other Beatles-covers in Metallica-Style.

6 months after Pearl harbor American and Japanese forces fought at midway.
it was the beginning of the end for Japan.
The movie is accurate to a fault.
to many subplots. from code breaking to the many service men who were in the battle.
The battle itself is well done and historically accurate
I just wish the focus was a little tighter.

Just saw this and got a real kick out of it. Stay until the credits are done.

Zombieland: Double Tap - 9/10

Making a sequel to a hit movie is hard enough BUT making a sequel to a movie that went on to be considered something of a cult classic is even harder!! For those of you who only want to know whether Zombieland: Double Tap is as good as the first, well the answer is, YES it is just as great as the first Zombieland!! While it has been a long wait to reunite with Columbus, Tallahassee, Wichita, and Little Rock, the time is right, and the results are wildly satisfying, picking up 10 years after the first film. Hands down this is a worthy sequel to the best zombie movie ever. So many great gags. Some new fun characters and a really cool cameo by Bill Murray after the credits.

Gemini Man - 2/10

Director Ang Lee has created great movies like "Brokeback Mountain" and "The Ice Storm", but "Gemini Man" is a cinematic disaster. I was excited for this film going in. However, quickly after this movie started I sadly realized how bad it was. Actors were suppose to be sitting by the water eating dinner when clearly they are sitting in front of a green screen. The writing was poor. The only cool thing was the action. I couldn't take it anymore half way through and I walked out of the theater. I wish Will Smith could break his bad streak of movies he's done in the recent past.

I just watched 44 Minutes: The North Hollywood Shoot-Out, a semi-realistic account of the famous incident of 1997. Although they did a pretty good job, it really couldn't match the drama of real life. 7/10

The best thing about it, though, is that the the full movie may be viewed for free.

This is a documentary. A true story, an unbelievably horrible story. I never heard of it before. I just watched it last night. Although it is difficult to watch it is something that needs our attention because it continues to happen something like every 4 seconds a woman is abused in our society.

The Time Machine (2002) - Forget comparing it to the original. The original was very good......IN IT"S TIME. Now it is dated with cheesy special effects. This is a fresh remake, but to the majority of people today, it is simply a stand alone sci-fi adventure. I loved everything about this movie. The acting was good, the costumes and special effects were excellent. The storyline kept your interest and I really liked this ending. The Morlocks were spectacular in the makeup and movement. Jeremy Irons was at his most sinister best and I could hardly take my eyes off of Samantha Mumba...what an exotic beauty. I have no idea why this film did not get better overall ratings. Great entertainment for all.

Well, I watched Joker. It's very good. Phoenix's acting was spot on. The plot was excellent as well. The way it depicted the evolution of the Joker, and his descent into violence, provided insight into the character as never before.

Also, the Sophie plot twist caught me totally unawares.

My only real criticism is that both Phoenix (Arthur) and Douglas Hodge (Alfred) seemed too old for their roles. They are supposed to have long careers as super-villain and assistant to a superhero, respectively. Especially in view of how young Bruce is. What do you think?

Do you think Arthur kill Sophie?

I'm on the fence, its likely buuut...
he might have loved her too much to kill her

His pattern was to kill those who wronged him, not otherwise. That's why he spared Gary. So, since he had no reason to hate Sophie, I doubt he killed her.
