What if it really was all a simulation?

I know a lot of people have mixed feelings about Simulation theory, And I mean everyone is open to believe and express what they shall on this. I've just been thinking about it a lot,

What if it really was all a simulation, Inside some Grand Divine System of natural forces, Some sort of Quantum reaction, We can't possibly comprehend, But none the less, What If our reality, Was the result of some sort of Simulation?

Would it change things for you? Would this realization, Change your very reality? I mean, Beer would still taste like Beer, Bills would still have to be paid on time, And Golf would still be the most boring sport ever. I mean, To you, personally, What if it really turned out, That it was all some sort of result of a quantum glitch in the natural forces of space and time,

If it was a simulation. Let's for a moment pretend that it was. Just a simulation.

Would that change your life? Your own reality? Or would it even matter?

The Matrix was a great science fiction film.

Indeed it was, I ask you though brother Castle. I don't even know if it's okay to call you that. You will always Be CB to me, lol, Consider the incredible statistical odds already simply because we exist, And with much diversity to boot that. We have plants and trees and animals, And germs and insects and Humpback whales, Male and female of most of those species, What are the odds that life would begin for all things with the necessary resources and even breeding requirements to sustain it all? right down to the multiple resources life needs to thrive? How astronomical are those numbers? Infinitesimal I'd imagine. when the mathematical odds are so finite on the possibilities, I mean, It'snot even that much of an analytical shift to measure in the mathematics that nature could be so intricate that things like simulations (could be) a random phenomenon occurrence. I mean, How fantastic are the mathematical odds of life in the universe as we know it? It's not even that much of a stretch of the imagination really to consider simulation theory.

There are reasons I consider simulation theory. I remember You are well learned in the sciences brother Bravo,

We as an entity, bear a lot of similarities to programs and information, Firstly, Physical matter it turns out, Is little more than Energy that has been processed through the Higgs field. E=mc2, Without the proven concept that matter is energy, nuclear physics and by extension Quantum mechanics would not exist. So, Our physical essence is energy. Our brains, Runoff of energy, our very consciousness is a product of energy being processed, Why Do our brains produce and emit Brainwaves. Our brains. Emit a signal and that signal carries a lot of data. Nature is funny, It doesn't seem to do anything without a reason, There are very few signals found in nature that doesn't exist for a reason. What are our minds broadcasting to? What are we unconsciously speaking to? Sophisticated enough technology can, in fact, interpret our very thoughts, Why can a machine read the signals our heads put out?

Why do our brains even transmit data? Our genetics are a code called a genome. A code has to be written. But. People aren't written, people are born, What is written then. Programs are written.

Now, At this point, I know I sound crazy. But I stress, I never claimed to be sane, to begin with. I'm just saying. This is the train of thought I've been on about simulation theory. There are a lot of questions about the issue and very few answers it seems.

Yep if I could you bet I would. And I know exactly what I would do. I would make a list of how I would like my life to be, and the world around me, i would not do this in a hurry. I would try to think it through carefully. Once decided I would hack the code, and the last line of code that I hacked would be to make the new program have no awareness of what I did, or that we live in a simulation.
Ignorance is bliss mate.

Indeed it is. I was deep in thought when I came in. And Your line caught me off guard, It's true, Once we look at information without bias as just an accumulated mass knowledge. The more information one possesses, the more they must process and maintain, While the man lacking information is blissfully unaware of the problem.

True, Very true.

It was a great 'idea' for a sci-fi film......I was a little disappointed in the AI that ran things behind the scenes.
I was let down with the ending. I mean come on, The noble sacrifice thing was nearly unjustified for the story and plot, It was unnecessary for neo to die. imo

Yeah I think it would have been better if he just founfd the source of power, and simply unplugged it.

Then he could sit on a rock and say some cool one liner, as everything around him faded into white. Haha.

But you know... when you think about it... in a million year time frame, assuming we all live about 80 years, are a .00008 blip.

So yes, in a way, our short 80 years here, is always a complete do-over. Each, a new simulation with the same basic starting pattern, life cycle, and end. The only thing different between any of us, is our genetic mutations, the environment unique to each individual, and a series of decisions we make branching the opus of our life path...

So we are very much like simulations, and our residual energy is just the statistical cumulation of our existence.

Living in a holographic universe perhaps?...But a simulation, scientists say no...

Physicists Confirm That We’re Not Living In a Computer Simulation

Scientists have discovered that it’s impossible to model the physics of our universe on even the biggest computer.

What that means is that we’re probably not living in a computer simulation.

Theoretical physicists Zohar Ringel and Dmitry Kovrizhin from the University of Oxford and the Hebrew University in Israel applied Monte Carlo simulations (computations used to generate probabilities) to quantum objects moving through various dimensions and found that classical systems cannot create the mathematics necessary to describe quantum systems. They showed this by proving that classical physics can’t erase the sign problem, a particular quirk of quantum Monte Carlo simulations of gravitational anomalies (like warped spacetime, except in this case the researchers used an analogue from condensed matter physics).

Therefore, according to Ringel and Kovrizhin, classical computers most certainly aren’t controlling our universe.

At least, not in a literal sense.

How else can a simulation exist?...In one's mind alone?...Am I dreaming all of you or are you dreaming all of us?...

It is the same thing as the holographic universe.

We are all just images,.. created with skin and bone, and energy, only to eventually return to dust and evaporate.. and our energy scatters back into the universe to be reused...
Just as a simulatuoon only exists virtually, so do we.. in a sense...

I view everyone including myself as being a Sim in a holographic game. That kind of belief does tweak your mind. According to Kent Dunn the Creator mandates that we as souls are to be given human bodies.

Holographic projections are not images...
I thought they were a type of 3D image but that's not quite right......
Holography - Wikipedia
Holography is the science and practice of making holograms. Typically, a hologram is a photographic recording of a light field, rather than of an image formed by a lens, and it is used to display a fully three-dimensional image of the holographed subject, which is seen without the aid of special glasses or other intermediate optics. The hologram itself is not an image and it is usually unintelligible when viewed under diffuse ambient light. It is an encoding of the light field as an interference pattern of seemingly random variations in the opacity, density, or surface profile of the photographic medium. When suitably lit, the interference pattern diffracts the light into a reproduction of the original light field and the objects that were in it appear to still be there, exhibiting visual depth cues such as parallax and perspective that change realistically with any change in the relative position of the observer.

Holographic projections, Sculpted body's, whatever you want to call it... we are not illusions...

We have substance...
We exist...
We are...
Then we are not... mostly, but perhaps a drop of rain contains a peice of us.

Is that not being reborn in a fashion?
