Not that i`m aware of, i haven`t paid attention. But you would think so. cheapest gas here is $1.01 a gallonAre a lot of people where you live worried about the situation with the oil industry, Coubob?
I replaced my old pocket radio with this. It has good sound and a built-in speaker if you want to listen without the headphones. It was just under $40.
I have had close and intimate relationships with electronic items. Had a nice equaliser I named Eddie and an effects box called squelch. Liquid smoke machine named fogger and a super sub called Lizard king. A guy used to come over to divide all his powder up for sale and if I turned it right up the king used to make it all jump in the air. My pocket radio I still have from those days, Robertson fm/mw/am world service. Never misses a beat.
When I was a teenager I had a cassette tape deck in my car I called Sabotage because it would randomly eat my tapes...I was listening to a hard rock band called Savatage one day when it ate my first tape, hence the similarity in names lol...

Yeah, I remember those days... you'd stick a pencil in the cassette wheel and try to reel in all the tape. Sometimes you could salvage it just fine. Other times it would be too mangled to work again. When I was a teenager I had a cassette tape deck in my car I called Sabotage because it would randomly eat my tapes...I was listening to a hard rock band called Savatage one day when it ate my first tape, hence the similarity in names lol...

What Rikki is going through sounds a lot like what my girlfriend is experiencing. She has not been able to go back to work due to health issues. She's recovered from her foot surgery but her hip is bothering her again and she hasn't been able to get an appointment to see her doctor due to the quarantine.2 years ago I lost my job. Rikki was there for me. She help me in a dark hour.
These days it is me that needs to be there for her. She is laid off and depressed.
I been asking her to post and to take her mind off the daily hardships.
I also ask all to support her with white energy.
I remember Headbangers Ball on MTV.Speaking of recording tapes back in the day, i used to record mtv`s heavy metal hour to vhs back in the early to mid 80`s i think , I kept all the good stuff and had some really rare stuff. it got stuck in a player once and had to spice it, lol
Finally got out and went to Lowes for a metal cutting blade for a sawsall. The parking lot was full and i had to wait at the door to get in, cause of the limit on how many people could be in there, 200 people! omg.got in and got out.
It's a 2005 Lincoln LS with a V8 Jaguar engine, and I've had to spend money on a new radiator and water pump as well as two very expensive items on the fuel injection recently...Also some of that money went towards new tires and brakes which are normal wear and tear items...

At the Big Orange dump I work in anybody could come in throughout all this - and do. Mow that a few cases have come up among employees they pulled me and one or two other people aside to let us know that. Also to let us know we had no direct contact with them.
Right.
So now several weeks into this in an area that's been hit a lot harder than many suddenly it goes from 100 to 75 to 50 at a time, now back to 75. They place an idiot at each door (including me sometimes) with an app on the crappy scanners we carry to count. Now there's plastic barriers up and we are all required to wear masks - courtesy of the Imperator of the State of New York. Fortunately the store provides them, and are damned uncomfortable to work in.
I'm sure "lay off" in his post does not mean fire. It means leave alone as in don't bother them. Why are you going to lay off people? Guess I'm not clear on what you're saying in the previous post.
