Last night Whitley said he asked the aliens/Grays why they don't come down and help humanity. They said this to him in response "We would never steal your fate." They must be bound by protocol that's above the Draco/Reptilian/Gray/Human alliance.

In a recent YT interview with Tony Rodriquez he said that if the people who were in the twenty and back program aren't returned there's serious consequences. As an example he said a person who violated the contact was taken out of their body and placed in a being's body for a thousand years and they live a miserable existence.

In David Wilcock's book Ascension Mysteries he wrote that he fell when he was a teenager and in the time it took him to hit the ground he was out of his body and lived another life. Did he violate a rule/law and that was his punishment?
