Declassified Australian UFO report involves 'cat-faced' & dwarf aliens

A declassified report on UFO's encounters between 1957 and 1971 mentions recorded encounters with cat-faced and dwarf aliens. The 58-page document outlines several interesting pieces of information surroundings Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs), such as old reports that are relevant today and the United States' involvement with conducting research.

Page 24 features an introduction that states a list of three "weapon systems" that were extracted from data analysis of 1,000 reports of UFO landings or near-UFO landings. The report states that the creatures or objects outlined in the cases possess "a device to interfere with electrical circuits," "a device to induce paralysis," and a "heat ray."

Under the "Stalled Engines," it reads on page 27 that a vehicle stalled within the vicinity of a transparent mushroom-shaped object that had occupants inside with "cat-like" faces. Page 32 features Case 144, France, which states that two individuals came into contact with two "dwarfs" who used an object to paralyze one of the individuals. The paralyzed individual was unable to move or talk until the light was shut off.

I love those high strangeness cases like cat aliens and dwarfs....that's where my main interest lays in the ufo enigma.
When I first read Passport To Magonia, Messengers of Deception, and Invisible College by Dr Vallee I became fascinated with the strange side of the ufo phenomenon. I have always felt that this was where the answer could be hiding....or at least there was another big mystery to be solved. Then came Dimensions, Confrontations, and Revelations and I decided that looking at objects in the skies was a waste of time since we would never figure it out by taking pics and videos of objects in the sky. If one fell into the public domain then maybe we'd have some answers but if they have fallen like some think they aren't in our hands.
So what are we to make of the high strangeness reports? In many ways they don't seem to fit the idea of ET from another star system.; could we really have cat aliens, small dwarfs that resemble Yosemite Sam , and even stranger bipedal creatures from Alpha Centauri who point little silver wands at befuddled Belgian farmers and ask them what time it is?
(an actual case from many years ago) What are we to make of these bizarre events that have happened over the last 70 years and more? Are these really space travelers? Or inter-dimensional beings? or are they something even far more bizarre that we don't even have a term for them? Or is it all just human hallucination and delusion? Is it some psychopathological syndrome that we aren't even aware of yet? Is it monsters from the ID? :wink8:

So, my cat always yowls and scratches at the back door until she gets what she wants. I guess eventually she will decide the heat ray is more persuasive!

Where did you read that?...

...
I can't recall what book that was in....there were several cases of contact/abduction back in the late 50's and early 60's where the 'aliens' were described as small hairy humanoid dwarfs. And many back in the day where the aliens were seen as small humanoids but not like the modern greys...more like us but weirdly small looking with odd heads, etc.

I think that's more prevalent in South American cases. Or was anyway.
I think that is correct...but there have been plenty of weird 'occupants/visitors' seen since 1950...and even earlier...all over the planet. Are that many 'alien races' visiting earth? Really? Again ,what's wrong with this picture?
And almost all are very humanoid to the point that some could pass for human on the street. Again is that likely in the scheme of evolutionary science in the universe? Maybe it's an anthropocentric universe?

As Dr Vallee mentioned many years ago in several of his earlier books these things act more like fairies and elves of folklore and myth than space aliens. I suppose it could be inter-dimensional as he postulated once but then have that many different entities all found the correct dimensional door to our earth? How likely is that?

This ufo enigma regarding sightings/landings/contact with strange beings (I'm leaving out the flying objects for now) seems to have more to do with human consciousness in some manner we simply don't understand. If one reads all the ufo literature on this it often seems like some kind of surreal circus being put on for us by unknown weirdos.
So..are we barking up the wrong tree when we claim this is all space travelers? Could it be something even weirder?

..So..are we barking up the wrong tree when we claim this is all space travelers? Could it be something even weirder?..

It could be. It doesn't take much though to throw a person off balance.

Years ago when I was in the middle east I used to chauffeur a woman to school where she was a teacher.
I'd been doing this for a while when one morning I picked her up and immediately thought 'this isn't the same woman'.
We chatted as usual on the run, and she seemed to be 'normal' but something was unnervingly different.
I never worked it out. But it was one of those 'uncanny valley' things.

..And almost all are very humanoid to the point that some could pass for human on the street...

Possibly because they are human ?

:)

Perhaps this appeared in one of the books by Albert Rosales?

I was going to put this in the podcast recommendations thread but maybe this is a better spot. Anybody that's looked at this a while usually comes away finding the nuts & bolts answer to be inadequate. Vallee is charismatic and French and everything so he gets a lot of attention while others toil in in obscurity. I wouldn't call John B Alexander obscure necessarily, but he is a a dry writer and interview. The man drags around a vocabulary most don't and is painfully concise, plus has set of experiences hard to equal. He has said quite a lot that nobody seems to pay much attention to. I think if I had to pick one 'ufo celebrity' most inline with my personal thoughts on these topics it would be him.

So here he is with Howard Hughes and in it, among other things, he starts talking about consciousness. I think when it comes to our reality we might just be putting the cart before the horse.

Albert Rosales breaks down his UFO/ Alien Contact books by year date. That is why it made me think he might be the author of some stories from the 1950s and 1960s.
