I don't know. But more and more I'm finding myself drifting to screw-up and incompetency explanations for a lot of things more so than conspiracies, especially when the government, including law enforcement, are concerned.

The conspiracies that seem most probable to me are those involving individuals who are either profiting from something, or trying to avoid legal trouble for themselves. I don't see either of those motives as applicable to this case.

It's one of those official stories that doesn't make any sense at all. The FBI would need an hour or two to gather whatever evidence they needed. So figure two days. Two weeks? That's silly.
