Got a muscle fever as big as a house from yesterday's work. They opened up an old dusty store house and I carried these damned heavy wooden plates which have blades on them to another place. Then I hit my head on a metal rod while standing up. Then they taught me how to use a big saw machine and got a steel glove for it, hope I won't lose a finger :mad8:

Be careful FFH and take care.

Back in September, my neighbor gave me some apples. He made a point to mention that they were really good and that his friend didn't use any kind of chemical sprays on them. I had about a dozen in the bag he gave me. I thanked him and I remember eating one later that night and seeing little black specks in the white flesh of the apple. I thought to myself. Eh, a little protein never hurt anybody. lol

The next day my home was filled with those little fruit flies. Arrrgh, I hate those things. They are so annoying!

I thought I was finally rid of them all but, last night one of the little buggers landed on the raw chicken breast I had just put in the frying pan to cook for dinner. I caught and killed it. Then this morning I saw another one fly past my computer screen. Seriously, those little creatures can drive a person crazy! :wink8:

I woke up at 4 am this morning without any alarm or anything waking me, probably because I've been getting myself up that early for work...The past 2 weeks I've been going into work earlier than normal...

Starting today I have 4 days off work paid holiday...

we spent a day and overnight during the 'first light' ceremonies at 'Sainte-Marie among the Hurons was a French Jesuit settlement in Wendake, the land of the Wendat, near modern Midland, Ontario, from 1639 to 1649. It was the first European settlement in what is now the province of Ontario.'

as well we toured the 'The Martyrs’ Shrine is a Roman Catholic church in Midland, Ontario, Canada, which is consecrated to the memory of the Canadian Martyrs, six Jesuit Martyrs and two lay persons from the mission of Sainte-Marie among the Hurons.'

"Sigh" the bison is a great idea, it is better than venison (and venison burgers rock), but organic food??? You need to wean her off that stuff.

Virtually all the E. coli outbreaks in the US are due to organic vegetables.

After all, "Organic" comes from the Latin term for "grown in pig sh*t".

Actually she is getting dye free and fragrance free supplies like laundry detergent and dish soap and skin lotion, she has allergies...

Should have known your mom was sensible.

Yeah, kind of dubious about all the volatiles that they put in skin care and laundry products.
