Perhaps this war was always coming, perhaps it already started appearing in 2001...Look at what's happening to Europe now, they are getting to a point of no return, war there is inevitable too...
Poland is the country to watch out for, they have been quietly arming themselves to the teeth with all the latest goodies the US has to offer...They are getting trained first hand, a massive military force is evolving...Their government policies are changing, they have full backing of the US and the Americans have a large presence...
Anytime the world rids itself of something it's always through war...Who knows how long it will last this time, I was hoping something peaceful would happen but it looks like the world is heading to war...
If not this they would find some other reason to go to war but hopefully organized religion on a massive scale will be gone as well as the violence and )radicalism it sponsors...

The way to achieve peace in Palestine is let one side wipe out the other, or push both into the sea.
Since this isn't being advocated, no one is serious about solving the problem.
The original Palestinian refugee population of 700,000 expelled during the war and 300,000 that fled before it, should have been resettled in other countries.
1 million people can fit in the Capital Mall. They should have resettled in neighboring countries and taken their lumps.
The Ottoman empire exterminated 1.5 million Armenians and that gets little press today. Saddam exterminated about 400,000 Shiites.
I guess the lesson is Israel should have exterminated Palestinians instead of letting them run away.
Something else that isn't noted, is many if not most of the displaced Palestinians were recent immigrants attracted to the economic growth after the Jews moved in.

We have a reconquista movement in the US because we let mexicans immigrate into the US. Letting people who claim your land into your country is beyond dumb.
There is no chance in hell Israel would agree to a right of return and no reason to allow it.

Eh, that quote works equally well for me regarding both sides of the Israel/ Palestine conflict. Quite frankly if they wiped each other out I'd be OK with that outcome.

As I stated before in the thread, I want the Palestine conflict ended, and don't care how or who does it.
I am open to all options including rendering Palestine uninhabitable by humans.
If you strap a bomb to someone and start the timer, you would be surprised how open they are to negotiation.
