Well, things have changed now, I no longer work for that company...There were some issues which I can't discuss and it was becoming too stressful and time consuming as well...I own two local small businesses so that my focus now as far as work goes, managing and building those two...

Funny little story
I called The Police
I live next to a busy road, with a lot of city traffic. Daytime its mostly heavy vehicles like buses and construction trucks
that cause the most noise..
After 6 PM things get better,, but around 8 PM the kids age 13-16 starts going up and down the street in their converted cars called "A- tractors" .. Its mostly older regular cars , but they are only allowed to make like 30 or 40 km/h , and are supposed to have derated gearboxes to prevent higher speeds..
But guess what, lol They often overtake normal cars and seem to be supercharged with no imposed speed limit.. And since normal rules dont apply to these "cars" they make a helluva noise.. No mufflers in the exhaust..
Its a growing problem.. Since the police dont have time to chase them around,, when they have their hands full with heavier types of crimes.. So kids do what kids do..
So I called the Police.. And spoke with a super nice opererator.. I told her the ^^ problem and asked how many officers were on duty tonight in our area.. She couldnt say. That was classified secret information. Lol
But she listened to my complaints and then told me what was happening in general , and what kind of problems the policeforce have to deal with daily.. She talked and talked. For over 10 minutes !! And I listened almost feeling guilty for calling with my petty problem.
But she logged my report in the system , and would dispath a police car if they were free of other stuff.. Some minutes later there
was like a caravan of them crazy kids leaving the area.. lol
Boy,, Even thoo the police normally is nowhere to be seen here. They sure have good operators

I'm high in a remote area of the Appalachian mountains with my dog, hiking and camping, I had to hike 3 miles from campsite and get on the north side of this ridge to get barely a signal to post this lol...Be back home tomorrow evening...I'll pop in later this afternoon...
