This smaller channel has some unique interviews I don't see anywhere else. Debbie Ziegelmeyer's very reasonable perspective on underwater UFOs and bases in this 16 minute video.
Theoretically this makes a lot of sense - UFOs would use the ocean, which accounts for 70% of the Blue Planet, as place to hide.
The 2004 Nimitz Tic-Tac case has new witnesses coming out, on C2C past week a very detailed interview with first hand accounts of the event by Kevin Day. This pilot also mentions seeing something under the surface of the ocean, which he suspects was a UFO.
Related to this we also have accounts of black projects creating underwater bases in place (but under the surface of the ocean floor), that will literally never see the light of day.
