I can't believe it. I can't. Just...the nerve, the sheer chutzpah of the man.

I agree with Goblin, he would have done much, much better just to ignore it. Sending out an email like that is only going to push people into looking for the truth, and since some of the first things that comes up when you Google "Gene Steinberg" is "Scheme Gene" and "Gene Steinberg fraud".....well.

I'll point out again that he mentions the "severely handicapped son," making it sound like a still from the Jerry Lewis telethon rather than the truth, which is that J. B. is now a man who's at least 30 years old, I think he's actually in his 40s. I'll also point out again that he names Stephen Beizer's survivors as "wife and son," rather than "sister-in-law and nephew."

Why do that when the title was "Now they're going after my relatives"? Strikes me as odd.

He was convicted, not just charged, not accused, not just indicted, he pled GUILTY to FRAUD and THEFT.

There is no way on the face of the planet that you didn't know, Gene-O. None whatsoever. And then you turned around and got in with him on the other schemes, Goldbugg and the like.

Here’s a story that will give you an idea just what a lowlife Steinberg is. When the Paracast + first became available I send him enough money for two gift subscriptions for anyone who couldn’t afford it. I told Steinberg not to mention my name, I didn’t want any pat on the back.

Instead, Steinberg made it known that HE was providing two gift subscriptions. Boy was I pissed! I wrote him and said that he didn’t provide anything. I said again not to mention my name. He could just say that a member of the forum provided the money. Steinberg then corrected the post in order to say another member provided money for those two subscriptions.

After that episode I never gave Steinberg another penny of my money. I get upset when I think about it even now. That prick had to take credit and only corrected what he said in the forums after I called him out on it. Once a scammer always a scammer.

So now he's wining about his realatives, Guys, It's been said that Gene wonders
over here from time to time (which I don't doubt) when he doesn't have any work to do, upYou do realize that somebody could bring up the Red Sox or Trump and Gene would find a way to work that into the milieu.

It's all so maddening. Part of me wants to see this go viral and an online mob come crashing down on his lying, scheming head. But, in reality I can't wish that on anyone. I mean, not for real. Even if it could get the word about him out once and for all. He's just lucky it isn't easy to sum up the shit he's pulled, or show it in a short YouTube video.

Gene's lost his mind, doubling down on lies and flippancy, banking on an online store (?!) when he should be apologizing for attacking Stephen Beizer's victims, and then repeatedly requesting donations for the Beizers under false pretenses.

But, Gene is never wrong. And he has no shame.

Poor Gene, the posters who are bringing up his family’s escapades have really gotten to his thin skinned mentality. From Facebook:

”Now the online stalkers have become so desperate for attention that they're attacking one of my relatives who died several years ago.”

No Gene, those people aren’t desperate. You are! They have hit a truthful sensitive spot and now you are crying the blues.

P.S., browsing the legal documents the UFO Trail blog links to, a couple things jumped out at me:

1. Helene Beizer called one of the two named victims and tried to persuade her not to cooperate with the investigation, on the grounds it would interfere with the non-existent pending merger of the non-existent company the woman had "invested in".

2. Jaret Beizer is described as functioning "at or below the level of a five year old" yet we know he was involved in judgments over debts, and was made an officer of at least one of the Beizer's companies.

It is clear that the wife knew exactly what was going on and tried to tamper with witnesses. It is outrageous that she wasn't charged along with her husband given that there were fears of witness intimidation at the time of the court case.

As for Jaret, we need to remember that these people are absolute scumbags and would have no qualms about using a family member for personal gain.

They may well have used Jaret's name without him knowing any better - especially so if he really is mentally handicapped - it's not like he would be opening his own mail, people with severe mental handicap (even adults) usually have guardians (such as parents) who do this for them. That makes it super easy for them to use his name.

They already stole from vulnerable elderly people including their own mentally incompetent father in law.

Gene talks about family when it suits him but where are the tears for his father in law who lost everything when he was most vulnerable? Gene never even mentions this when he talks of the "financial jam" Stephen was in. It is absolutely disgusting.

Also we know Gene used his own son's name to rent out out apartments which he got evicted from, thereby wrecking his own son's credit history. What kind of father does this kind of thing?

It seems "using" family members for personal enrichment is quite normal for the Steinberg family.

They have absolutely no morality and Steinberg's continued excuses and denials make it even worse. I have absolutely no sympathy for Gene now. He deserves everything he gets.

Both he and his sister belong in jail for being accessories to Stephen's crimes.

I don't know if this has already been resolved since I haven't been able to read through this whole thread yet, and may not, but The Shadow is as he says, Bob Watson. I asked him a question only Bob would know. There are no doubt those of you who know my real name, but I would appreciate it if you kept it to yourself for the time being at least. I'd rather keep it out of search engines, but if you want to "Start a Conversation" to reacquaint ourselves, feel free.

I have no doubt that there are shows trying to line Jack up for interviews even now. And if there aren't, then they're nitwits. I have my own plans to do so in connection with the future project.

I feel like people just need to tread carefully so as to not give Gene any legal ammunition. I am probably being paranoid. But if they can just factually relate things I would hope that would be safe and fine, that's all that needs to be done of course.

It's just hard to not get a little hyperbolic with the outrage, or at least I find it to be so, hard not to go off on Gene.

If people don't think this is important or relevant I don't know what to tell them. I feel like Paratopia might have covered it if that show was still active.

Well, I think that so long as it's true that it's not libelous or slanderous. I'll have to check. But yes, it is hard not to just blow up.

Although everyone here knows this, to Gene I would say that we are not attacking Stephen - his life speaks for itself - we are looking at what you said and what you did.

You defamed one of Stephen's victims, you maintained that "the settlement [Stephen was allegedly expecting] is real" long after it was clear that there was no such thing (2011) and you much more recently (2018) wrote that Stephen died before he could settle his case.

You were actively involved in Stephen's business at least to the extent that you and
could shield his ownership while Stephen faced criminal charges, probation, and restitution orders.

It is possible that you were the victim one of Stephen's cons - that he convinced your family to give him all that of your money, to take out loans for him, to shield his business, and to seek donations on his behalf. It is possible that he convinced you there was a settlement that could repay you. But rather than attacking your critics, you should be apologizing to the victim and to all those who gave you money under false pretenses. You played a role through it all.

We are not stalking you. You choose to send us emails and you choose the narrative you have wanted to portray. Your statements about the settlement is what got me curious about his record, just as your statements about your financial situation got me to look up the bankruptcy records. It is not as if your statements about Stephen were the only time you have not been truthful.

You asked me once if it mattered at this point in time. Your character and the responsibility you take for your own situation matters.

I noticed a little later in the day Gene changed his forum so that only top 4 or so posts displayed under new posts. I'm assuming it was because it was looking pretty thin, also of the 4 posts displayed 3 belonged to 1 person, Randall

I bet those robots will buy a lot from the new store he's counting on.

One thing is for sure. Someone from the Paracast is keeping an eye on this forum. I seem to recall a post here saying that the daily traffic at the Paracast is down to single digits. Steinberg or Murphy saw that post and changed up how many posts are shown there. Cagey!

Can't be long until Gene fires off the next begging message.

I wonder if he will continue trying to refute the entirely factual claims from Jack Brewer's post on the UFOtrail or if he will abandon it all together (as if it never existed - something he does quite often).

One possibility is we may hear a further development of the injured knee storyline. We also recently heard mention of Uber/Lyft again.

Perhaps he will combine the two into a new tale of woe like this:

"I seriously injured my knee and now I can't drive for Uber - I already have a substantial medical bill to pay for initial treatment and the doctor says it needs further weekly treatments neither of which I can pay. Barbara is still recovering from her surgery and bone idleness so she is not able to help. Without the Uber income we have only hours left to pay for the motel before they kick us out. - Can you help?"
