Why do people think that they have to tell everyone their life story? I must be from the old school. I am a person who dislikes it when posters have to shed tears online when it doesn’t go right for them in their lives.

This is even worse than that.

It's people who are such entitled pricks that they feel that the world owes them whatever they want and if they don't get it they cry and make a big fuss. That woman was berating her maid of honour because she wouldn't give her thousands of dollars so she could have the wedding she always dreamed of.

I would have questioned if it was real or not but then we all know about Gene.

Assuming this is real, I wonder if it's one of Grift Geneberg's relatives...

Is this from UFO Trail?

My brother the retired heavy equipment mechanic is a blue collar poet. One of the phrases I like best is "Oh My Aching Ball Bag" or OMABB.

Yahweh, between us we've been through a fistful of marriages. Save your money for what counts.

I think I have to go watch a few episodes of Say Yes to the Dress

That's why I stay the hell off Facebook. What a load of crap.

I doubt very much the outrageous wedding story is real, but it is written just badly enough and seems over the top by the right amount to be something real from Facebook. If it's a hoax, it's a very well done hoax. I rarely tip my hat to hoaxers, but this is some good stuff.

It looks like Randall grabbed Calvin Parker (Pascagoula Incident) for this weekend's Paracast. That's a pretty decent catch considering his last guest was some guy who writes about space vampires. The only problem is that I'm guessing they'll be no one left to ask a decent question.

But let me go one further, I suppose this question is a little out of place in this thread , but you have to wonder about UFO contacts what do you think happened? Where have all the UFOs Gone, Long Time Passing? In a sense it really has become (or is in the act of becoming) an old man's game in the sense that there are few to take up the sword mostly because it seems that UFO Close Encounters doesn't seem to be an issue any more. Sure the sightings are reported but they are just that , sightings.

Admittedly I might be a little loose with my statement because my interest in the little bastards has waned a lot and it's not a field that I ever kept up with and it's probably even less so now.

As of 12 noon Eastern time, no one has asked a question about Calvin Parker. Gee, when you ban all your members this is what tends to happen! I like to look at the comments as well. Of the past 10 comments, 7 were by by the host or co-host. That is surely a snooze fest by those two. Who wants to read what Steinberg has to say?

I would really like to hear Calvin Parker interviewed by someone competent. Guess he's making the rounds so I should look for him on a show I can listen to for over five minutes.

I did a search on ‘Calvin Parker and podcast.’ It seems that Parker has been interviewed numerous time the month of August 2018 already. The Paracast is late to the game.

He was recently on Coast to Coast with host George Knapp. Check out YOUTUBE and you might find him, since he is pushing a book about his experiences. the Amazon reviews are very critical. I guess no one bothered to check the manuscript for spelling and grammar. Most reviewers say the book is a total disaster.

Well then it looks like an interview with Knapp is probably as good as it gets. No fan of Knapp here, but he does know how to conduct an interview. Not that it's hard to know when to shut yer yap and let the interviewee tell the story. Not hard, but apparently unusual.

He is much better than George Noori. To be honest I don't think I have come across a worse interviewer (Noori) because not only are his questions terrible but they sound like someone else wrote them for him and it seems like he doesn't even listen to the answers at all, frequently interrupting the guests mid way through something interesting.

In some ways it is almost as if the guest isn't even there and Noori is in his own little world talking to himself. I heard some old C2C episodes with Art Bell and he was so much better. If ever anyone needed a co host as badly as Gene it was Noori (but at least Gene doesn't even pretend he is doing the interview).

I really don't understand how Noori got the job, of all the people they have on he is the worst (with that Syrett moron being a close second mainly because he seems like the type of person who will believe anything without questioning).

I basically stopped subscribing because it wasn't worth it to go through all the crap interviews to get the occasional gem from someone who knows what they are doing.

I once heard an interview with I want to say George Knapp (not totally sure it was him though) where he said there was a long period of time where Art was never sure if he would go on the air or not in a given night. This was due to Art's back problems. So, whoever was behind the show would have Noory in a studio and ready to go every one of those nights, down to the wire, when Art decided if he would do the show or not.

After hearing that I felt like the producers or network or whoever owned Coast to Coast may have felt like they owed Noory.

I can't remember how long he said this went on but I want to say it was months.

But I agree, I don't care to listen to Noory at all and found him a very disappointing replacement for Art. I liked Ian Punnett OK and I think George Knapp does some good interviews. Have not listened to either in some time though.
