Man, replacing that contact on the central a/c condenser made a big difference, the lights use to dim way down when the unit kicked on, they don`t dim a bit now, kinda got scary how they were acting, and now i dont even need it on cause its like 72 right now with light rain and fall on the way, and another thing the service dude said in 2020 their no longer gone to be able to service mine cause they wont be able to use or get the refrigerant for it.

yesterday Deb told us she had a date with Brian set up for today.
a Dutch lunch at a local taco place.
followed by going to a UW football game. Then to "hop cat " a,16 to 21 dance club. 100% booze free! a off duty cop heads security there so I was quick to give the ok.
Then Rikki got a plan. she went to stub hub. bought 2 tickets to the game. She gave them to Kate for her and her girlfriend to go as well!
she called her folks to grab the rest of the kids and we will have a day to ourselves!

I've been having some problems at work with one component we powder coat...Its one inch thick MDF counter top with a bullnose edge all four sides and a slightly lower density than we have been using for powder coating...Its cracking on the edges from gases and moisture escaping whilst moving through the IR ovens, I have tried very low heat, about 160 C. and a slow pass through and there was substantially more cracking and the powder coat did not cure, so I ran more test pieces gradually climbing the temps and line speed until I reached 240 C. in the ovens...At that higher temp and increased line speed the powder coat was cured and there was minimal cracking but it was still prevalent...I'm going to research this more tomorrow, I think a higher temp and faster line speed will do the trick but I do not know the maximum temp I can safely send this material through without burning it...That is very important to know, 240 C. is the highest temp I have run this equipment at, I know someone who has powder coated wood longer than I have, I reached out to him and awaiting a response...The higher density MDF we normally use does not crack at all...

I used to work at a place that powder coated gas risers and meters, but i was in the pressing dept. & metal fab. There was this one instance where these guys put a little of the powder coat along with a bit of metal blasting into a finger of a rubber glove, tied it up and throw against the back wall, they got fired pretty quick. but anyhow hope ya figure it out

11:30 PM after a long and worried wait Deb returned from her date. she was all sorts of happy. And wearing a new bracelet. Brian and Her had made "Promises "
to be loyal and,faithful.
to wait until both were sure to do even a kiss.
To be friends first. And to remain friends even if they find it's not right.
I reminded her of her last boyfriend.
she agreed to keep us in the loop.
Time to meet this guys folks.
ahh to be young again.

tall, thin, irritable
So I've been freshening up the kitchen; paint, new shelving in the pantry, repainting radiator covers, tile backsplash. Fascinating beyond description without a doubt. Yesterday I yanked out the '86 vintage Andersen double hung window over the sink - and it didn't want to come out as some tall, thin, irritable s.o.b had insulated it so well 20 years ago. But, I have enough tools to rebuild an aircraft carrier so out it came after some electric Milwaukee persuasion and it's 2018 replacement went in.

And then it happened; an incident which is shameful and unmanly to say the least. So horrible I hesitate to speak of it aloud.

I actually glanced at the instructions that came with the new window. Must be getting old.

Confession purifies the soul so I thought it best to own up to it so I can move on.......

And I told her not to make a big deal out of it..sigh. This is why I love her .
In the meantime I'm picking up Goth style flip up glasses at lenscrafters.
My twins are both nearsighted. Kate favors contacts.
Deb favors Glasses.
This lead to a mean comment on Brian's FB that he landed the "nerd cheerleader with the (censored) sister.
And the "witch of the West " as a mother."
The comment was removed by Brian and the guy unfriended.

We are using a batch of lower grade MDF wood which doesn't help things but I've almost got it worked out, getting very minimal cracking now...I had to repair a two head wide belt sander today, we have a maintenance department that cannot repair some of this equipment, I think they need more training...It must look bad on them somewhat to have the Plant Manager repairing this machinery without technical schematics or instructions and without their help lol...
