Granting that his stories are true, he really does seem to expect a certain standard of living. He throws the food bank and homeless shelters around like they are dire fates. What's wrong with using a food bank? I don't get it.

I mean yeah ok, being in a homeless shelter is a fate to be avoided if one can help it. Agreed. But food banks?

The problem with Steinberg is that he doesn’t even have to go to a food bank. The local senior center in my area sends out flyers telling you that they have lunch for free daily. All you need to do is let them know you are coming so that that have enough meals prepared. All his whining about food is simply bullshit.

Steinberg has never understood the phrase "beggars can't be choosers". He seems to think he is entitled to beg AND receive everything to his taste and liking. It's part of what makes him such an intolerable POS.

Here's a suggestion Gene, get rid of your car you pathetic loser and you will magically have another $700 a month to waste on whatever blackhole the rest of your money disappears down.

Anyone collecting Social Security would be far from shelterless. Normal motels serve a continental breakfast. The local senior centers serve a lunch. He won’t starve by any stretch of the imagination. He is merely serving up his daily allotment of nonsense.

Yeah agreed. The last couple times I traveled for my job I spent a week in a motel. They had a continental breakfast each morning and a couple of the nights they had a meal. This wasn't even an extended stay style joint. It wasn't the lap of luxury but it was hardly anything to complain over. I'd be very surprised if Gene and Barbara don't have the same set up where they are - certainly they had it when at Extended Stay America.

And as Erickson has pointed out many times and as you say there are senior center lunch options.

It's bizarre to be analyzing someone's options like this but Gene does try hard to make his livelihood everyone's business. Then refuses any open and honest discussions (while pretending otherwise).

I don't think I've seen anyone talk about 'Anders D.' there really. And have not noticed him post there though perhaps his username is such that I wouldn't know. Meanwhile he's not come back here and I don't think Gene's shop has changed much since last week...? I wonder if he's having any second thoughts about helping his good buddy Gene. Who knows man.

I think it is about time someone sent Gene another fart. I'm not sure why but it really seems to trigger him when he gets a "vulgar offer" like that. I suppose it is akin to when he sends his vulgar lies to our inboxes every day.
