It could be a work of art, streaming consciousness or an epic work like Kerouac writing On the Road on a taped together scroll without margins or paragraph breaks. So maybe Gene should not be so quick to require conformity - but on the other hand it was too much for me to read.

I am not awaiting the next beg.
I now am sure that Gene knows his welcome is worn out. the Grift is nearing the end. Gene may think he needs to send out a new mail but is holding off because he has reached a point of diminishing returns.

I hope you are right but given this is Schemey I'm not so sure. There have been points in the past where the begging reduced in frequency and everybody thought the same, then it started again with even greater frequency than before. I sincerely hope the lull is not because he has managed to con someone else into a large payout or getting a new apartment.
