Here's a quote from The Art of War "All warfare is based on deception." This could cover all things operating on the premise the universe is holographic software and we are nothing more than hard holograms. In the Law of One series Ra claims the first thing that came into existence was the Infinity then it became aware akin to an AI manifesting. Achieving goals through deception would be an ancient tactic. Holographic technology would have been acquired to implement such a deception as Project Blue Beam via the Technology Transfer Programs with alien races. There's been examples of the use of holographic technology with people being projected onto a stage. I've seen a video of a flying horse in the Middle East that was obviously a projection. In the Wingmakers interviews it said they will use holographic tech to project a downed space craft to another location to throw off potential acquisition by other groups.

The report is irrelevant - the conclusions were predetermined. Had evidence to indict Trump been uncovered then the report would be sacrosanct. Since it didn't it's a worthless rag.
