Waow. 2 meters are huge for " floating" lights in the air.
Has anyone else witnessed the same phenomene where you saw it?
Have you talked to experts? ( not that I trust experts much cause of the proudness that might blind some in arrogance ) yet it is possible to ask.

Since it was dark and unusual, I'm not quite sure how accurate my estimations of size and distance are. They could have been smaller, and the glow or the amazement over seeing something weird, could have made them look bigger. They could have been closer or farther. They were mostly orange/yellow and only a few blue/greenish. No shimmering, blinking or change in luminosity or size.

As far as I know, no one else saw it. It is a very remote area in a forest near the coast. The nearest residential area is a few miles away, with only a few houses spread here and there. It was late at night so I doubt anyone else was out in the forest. However I feel it could perhaps have been visible from the Swedish coast, as it is only a few miles across the sea. I've never looked into wether anyone else saw it but I have talked with my friend about it a few times. She is a believer as well but doesn't know what to make of it. It was either in summer 2009 or 2010, we were just wearing pants and t shirt at night. Haven't thought about it for years until this post reminded me :)

2010 was a mysterious year.
You are lucky to see such phenomenon :) The orbs makes a picture in my mind of an exiting art installation by the shore.

and my imagination is going into a Terry Pratchett landscape when you tell me this. Lol. Like aliens trapping fish this way and flying them up to their aircraft with bubble- magick.
Or the egg-cell of abducted humans are carried down to sea in those brilliant bubbles, so they can use it for the production of mermaids.

There has been reports of UFO's coming up from the sea. If the aliens has a hidden town by the coastline, there would be a natural reason for this. some even think Octopuses are aliens. Then there could be an unknown octopus-party only witnessed by you.

Probably as many theories as there are humans on this planet. I do not know.

Could it be some sort of unexplained Morild wonder? I doubt since the colors on the orbs are both cold and warm.

Wish anyone else on this forum has any ideas :) Nice to know.

Still no idea what it was, but it was pretty and I felt lucky to see it.

Someone I know once told me of his time working on cargo ships that go all around the world. At one point they were shipping extremely heavy duty and classified military cargo from the U.S. to middle east, and the entire crew saw red/orange orbs following them and diving into the water. This was in broad daylight with a small crew of about 8 people. According to my friend, they'd seen similar things a few times before usually out on the wide open seas.

I saw something kind of weird in France in 2012, not necessarily UFO related, but it made me scratch my head. I'll post a video in a new thread in a moment.

I do not know. First I thought it was a flare from a boat, since it seemed to glide like that. The color was wrong. I googled to try to find similar explanations.
I had a lot of visions of a living creature made by pure fire before this sphere appeared. In my world it could have been the great fire creature himself in real life telling he exsist in more than my imagination.
It is creepy to have the fire alarm on, cause it started go on before visions of him.

Is there any myths about such creature? It has never interrested me before, so I never read about it.

This is four pictures of the sphere zoomed in and compared to see any regulation in position, size or shape.
Not much. Just little size. Position same. I tried to keep it black and white keeping the colour in the sphere. A refined example is somewhere else. There it is more black and white.

yup, looks plasmatic in origin, the color and means of disappearence are about right

I am listening to "Beyond bermuda triangle" by Bruce Gernon.
Somewhere in the book he tells that he feels it before an UFO appears. Like an sixth sense.
This I notice too with myself and it is like this humanoid of flames seems to exsist - but maybe more like we think of angels. Twice there has been angels in pure flames over my bed. They looked more like golden electricity than this sphere.
Do not really know. It is a mystery :)

I actually went through something like this. I've seen revelation of my mind. It was a white wall against black background. This wall was blocking my intellect when I was working in company Rostelecom. Also I had a big troubles with my memory. I couldn't recheck my memories, just couldn't establish myself on them. That's why I couldn't solve a problem if I turned off the cooking gas at home. I was scared to the roots of soul. I called the rescue service and asked whether the call from my rayon. Dispatcher answered that "No, there is no call" and I did lose my voice for a while. But of course I didn't think that I was saved. That's why I ran from the bus stop to the home like a scared jackrabbit.

I did not see this post before now.
Then there are witness to the phenomenon and it makes it even more mysterious. Has any diver seen them and been able to follow them?

The great, white ghost cat from the graveyard. She just walked around on the graveyard for a long time, days ago.

Do not know if any consider it paranormal or superstitious.
