Shadow People Lurking in the Bedroom

There was a late afternoon one day I was setting up my video camera up in the living room to time lapse record the room that night for any activity and one of my roomies Jennifer said she saw something moving across the back wall behind the couch while I was setting up...I got my camera out quickly and recorded a few minutes, we didn't see anything more directly with our eyes but the camera recorded a huge amount of orbs coming out of that wall...I had no idea where they went because when I was recording we didn't see anything so I didn't pan my camera around the room...

I also saw this on video one night when I recorded the night in my bedroom, I was recording in infrared and I can't remember the time but during the night a huge amount of orbs come flying out from the wall behind my bed...It went on for about 15 minutes...

The first time I remember seeing shadow type creatures was when young, 11 or 12 years old, these were very visible to my sight...They were mostly about two foot tall plain features mostly some skinny some fat some in between, they had arms and legs running on the house in Kentucky we lived in at that time...I watched them, sometimes four or five go through the house some days...I remember both my parents worked and there was an hour me and my brother were left alone, my mom worked days and dad at night...

I started dreading that hour because it seemed some days the shadow beings were more hostile in some ways...They would run straight at me when I looked at one of them directly, I would see one go upstairs and then hear things moving around upstairs, that's when my brother got scared too, he was younger than me, he never saw them but heard things too...We would go out on the front porch and sit there for that hour until mom came home, sometimes hearing things in the house moving...We told our parents about it several times, they laughed it off saying we had too much imagination...

Shadow people are memories. a psychic imprint on a place. its like a record stuck in a grove. or a looping image. Or there are the negative shadow people. Dark soulless entities. In some cases a house must be cleansed. in others the entities must be welcomed. I have preformed rituals to do the removal. Sometimes all that is needed is to ask the entity to leave. Other times it must be driven out.
But for the most part shadow people are memories and should be welcomed and accepted by the current occupants.
How a shadow person comes to be:
A man lives in the house for years or Decades. He goes up and down the steps of the house hundreds thousands of times.
He finally dies. The house holds that memory. It lingers there. like an old friend or a well worn shoe. and so when then the new owner comes in he or she see the man go up and down the steps. Not a ghost but a memory of what was.

I think a very small percentage could be visitors from another realm and that is how they appear when they come to our world...Even if that were the case I have felt nothing else but negativity or indifference when I've encountered shadow beings before...I've seen some that appeared like they were playing and chasing each other, they were short like goblins and I was young when I saw them, a number of times too, they were mostly indifferent to me and my actions...A couple of times I was trying to get their attention lol, like I said I was young, and they kept running away when I tried to get closer to one of them...

I had this problem before, it was dreadful.
You know it's around when u have the dreadful feelings and the feeling of being watched.

But for me they turned out to be the aliens, it's their camouflage way i guess, had this problem a week later after watching the UFOs flying over my house.

Seeing it walking around and looking at u when u r awake and not paralysed is the most scary part.
