Top underwater photographer says he has seen Aliens underwater.

Hi guys, came across this story on another site... it is a video of top underwater photographer Lu Lamar whom works for National Geographic and OceanX . He apparently is a highly regarded professional that has worked on many top documentaries on ocean life. [including David Attenborough's excellent scientific shows]
…. and in his 'Meet Lu Lamar' video … he seems to be claiming that he has personally witnessed "Alien life from different heavenly bodies" …

… and the debate on the other site is to whether he was speaking literally about the creatures that he's seen being "Alien" as in ET.... or was he just expressing his shock and awe at just how different some unknown natural deep-sea creatures can appear? … which is a sentiment that I could understand after being similarly shocked by the appearance of some of these 'newly found' creatures that crop up from time to time on YT.
But then... as he does actually say that the creatures come from "a different heavenly body' and that they are superiorly advanced creatures... then I think that he either means "Aliens" literally as we know it to mean, or he has intentionally made his statement obscurely with the goal of achieving a massive click-bait tempter to generate as much publicity as possible. [al-la the Baltic sea anomaly which was also created by OceanX whom he works for] ….. I say this last click-bait theory because a member of the other site emailed him for clarification, and got the reply that Mr Lamar was at work and could not reply until July 3rd!

… suspicious to me, but what do you guys think?

Cheers.

i think he is just saying the creatures looked alien, reports of UFOnauts underwater are ridiculously rare

If reports of aliens underwater are rare, perhaps that is because we do not have a lot of people underwater and the oceans cover more of the earth in comparison to land...In other words, most of humanity are on land above the sea level and very few underwater at any given time...

Well, I mean I don't know how common they are these days, But there was a time USO's were not uncommon reports. I mean the earth is two-thirds water, Where are the aliens hiding? Gee maybe in some place that would be difficult for us to follow them. It makes sense to me,

If I was an alien, Doing whatever it is I was doing on another planet, My base of operations of would be in a lesser populated area. What's less populated than the ocean?

I don't think there is any ambiguity in his first comment. What are advanced creatures from elsewhere? Aliens. Some of the other comments make me go "hmmmm..." I suppose the editing gives some people room to shrug it off. Whatever works. We all have to sleep at night.

Once again, thanks for the response HL... and you may be right about the true meaning of his words being obscured by awe-sentiment... [if so then i suspect it was an intentional publicity-ploy] but again you go on to post something that is simply wrong.
As a member of this site you should be familiar with the work of a couple of the internet-genre's giants [in terms of information collation] that being SD and Karl 12.... neither of which have been very active lately, but have historically fascinated me and fellow members with comprehensive threads on many different aspects of the UFO/ET phenomenon.... and the subject matter of 'USO's' and all manner of water related UFO/ET activity has not been left out... and if you just make the effort to look the matter up , either by searching through their offerings or using your search engine to look up the life works of people such as Ivan T Sanderson or Carl Feindt then you will clearly see that "reports of UFOnauts underwater are ridiculously rare" is just plain wrong!

….. here i'll give you a nudge in the right direction …. WATER UFO - A RESEARCH ENDEAVOR

Cheers buddy.

i am talking about ufoNAUTS not USOs, USOs are indeed very common but reports of humanoid entities underwater are very rare, one of the few examples was the lake baikal encounter with giant underwater "swimmers"
also i know about all these people you mentioned
