I get exercise, I take vitamins, I asked my doctor and he says it's called being 43, No, I don't think it is, I can barely stay the fuck awake, I don't like it, I wasn't born onto this earth to sleep my life away.

I hate this.

Nothing drastic, no coffee enemas. Just dial things back a bit all around.
Yeah, now that I give it some thought, yeah, when the cold weather kicked in I gave up on everything, my diet, exercise, and just gathered around the tv, lol I can't stand the cold, I need to get back at it, I was on a mission to get in perfect shape and just stopped in the course of a day, i'm sure that's part of this huge metabolic crash too, yeah, I now see its not just about getting in better health, its if I want a quality of life I can tolerate, bro, I've got to get back on the train.

As Above So Below
when the cold weather kicked in

The cold weather has kicked in here lately, my day started at 03:00 am when my alarm went off, the car is going in the shop tomorrow to get the fuel injection looked at because it wouldn't run very well and kept stalling out, running too lean...So by 03:45 I decided to walk to work which is a 45 minute walk and the temperature was 19 degrees this morning...Got to work at 04:30 am and by 10:00 am it began, cascade software and mechanical failures throughout the plant creating all sorts of havoc and an all hands situation, the engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel including myself to get everything back operational again...The entire day the indoor plant temperature never went above 4o degrees because of bay doors open more than they were closed for forklifts to load trucks...I decided to work through lunch to get more done, in total I spent twelve hours working on this equipment in cold temperatures, then catching a ride home and and got my car into the shop before they closed...I have a ride set up for tomorrow and hope to get the car back tomorrow afternoon sometime...

I'm ready for Spring...

Maybe you have a problem with blood circulation, low blood pressure or even blood clots formation. Have you checked for that?

I'm just saying that because I know you have such a crap healthcare system in US :)

It's easier to be a slug when it's that cold out. Yesterday I spent some time being cleansed by an 'invigorating' breeze off a frozen river while working outside for a bit. My nuts retreated into my armpits. I think the air was becoming a liquid and pooling at my feet. If I ever have to go out and repair a biodome on Pluto I have the relevant experience.

By the time I got home at about noon I was done for the day, sweats back on and ass installed on couch.

And right now I feel it. I wound up drinking and eating a lot of garbage I wish I didn't. Rest is one thing, crapulence is another.

I understand brother, I once worked at a place that was a shipping hub for a franchise of convenience stores. What a lot of people don't understand about these shipping warehouses is, It's not like working at the actual convenience stores, It was just a big building with no heating or cooling and in the hottest days of summer temperatures could rach 127 in there. on one month two people died of heat exhaustion, I make it sound like a horror story, but the truth is, some places really are like that. The job paid well, but they expected it to get done, I'm sure someplace like Ocea would have literally shut the whole place down, But, I kid you not, Even though in the extreme temperatures people were actually Dying there, To my knowledge There was never an investigation.. My Sub comment about this is, One has to be aware of their work environment, Sometimes, People can find themselves in dangerous conditions and Managers prize productivity over safety. Always use caution brother, If the conditions were unworkable, I guess I would have just gone home that day. We all have to work to keep our lives together, But, Never forget, People will at times work you under conditions that they themselves would not tolerate. I Quit that warehouse and didn't give my two weeks notice I just Poped the boss the finger and walked out. It's not being weak, To not want to catch pneumonia brother. Which all brings me back to, Yeah, I so totally can't stand the cold

I know where your at on this whole stance, I've worked a lot in my life, I know the Work ethic says Shrug the cold off and once you get moving the cold becomes tolerable. Still, I won't work in the Rain or the extreme cold, I'll lose jobs over it because hell no, I won't do it.

Well, I mean, I would say that's possible, And that's a good guess, Except, I have a condition that I rarely speak about, Which makes sense that people would have no idea. I know this isn't information anyone asked for, I'm just throwing this out there cause I honestly don't think I've ever mentioned it. When I was a kid, Someone could simply touch me and I'd get bad bruises in those spots. The sent me to Hematologists for this, It turns out, my body doesn't make that coating that goes on blood cells that makes blood clot, I am hemophilic of the highest degree. Even the skin scrape test didn't stop bleeding on its own they had to use astringent to make it stop.

In fairness to me though, I don't think anyway around proclaiming to the world, Hey, I'm a hemophiliac, But this is true of me, My blood simply won't clot without medication and shots. Although, You know, Anything is possible, Possibly, heart blockages or something, but yeah, I won't rule out that it's a circulation problem of some kind, I do have a pretty weak heart. So yeah, It could be some oxygen/circulation thing indeed.

Few days back I read about condition called "butterfly skin", when one bruises or even bleeds on a slightest touch. Is that it?

This is the Six Flags Guy, I don't know if anyone remembers him, He was literally 87 years old when he did this dancing for the commercial.

That Guy is my inspiration, If he can do that at that age, Then I shouldn't feel like this. As long as I'm not doing that, Then I'm not living up to my full potential :p

I don't think I've ever bleed by Touch, But I think The Blood specialist said, Now don't quote me on this, It was some kind of Vitamine I was deficient off that my body just didn't produce enough of, And If I take something Like Asprin That can thin my blood so much that It could cause me to have pin strokes. I know that sounds pretty vague, It's just been so long ago, I have spent most of my life not fearing it, Because I will eventually stop bleeding as long as I stay away from any kind of pills like aspirin, or things that will thin the blood, And a side note, I am very prone to infection, So, I always at all times, Have Isoporic rubbing alcohol and Tripple antibiotic I will rub a cut with the Tripple antibiotic and then the rubbing alcohol dries out the skin around it and usually cause it to stop bleeding. But even little knicks and scratches like from a cat or playing with a dog will lead to at least thirty minutes of bleeding for me. To me, I know that's not normal, but, it's normal for me though :)
