Truthiness
Had a Talk with Kchoo about This, And This Idea came to be.
I would go into greater detail with this But I believe I can Deliver this in a more efficient way.
As the universe expands we can see the Doppler effect in distant galaxies, somewhat like Sound light has a Doppler effect, Galaxies outside of our own, at least to our perception are perceived differently when they are further away as opposed the closer to us, We can tell where galaxies outside of the milky way are going and how fast they are moving, These observations fit within Einstein's theory of General relativity, The universe's expansion is one predicted outcome of GR. But, Correct me If I'm wrong, But The Acceleration of the Expansion of the universe, Doesn't really line up with relativity understanding of gravity.
You can check this, I will wait,
Back yet?
I mean according to Einstien, The universe should be slowing down, Not accelerating. There are a number of theories about what could be the cause of the acceleration of the expansion of the universe, But a leading one Would be The theory of Dark energy, But if you really break out the tool kit on Dark energy, doesn't that just really mean, "Energy we don't understand so we call it Dark- Energy?"
But in the Standard Model, we have the four fundamental forces, Strong force, Electromagnetic force, Weak force, and Gravitational force, Each force has a carrier it interacts with, The Strong force has Gluons. Electromagnetic force has photons, The Weak force has Bosons,
But Gravity, Gravity doesn't have a carrier, But a carrier has been theorized, In Hypothesis, It's carrier would be a Graviton,, If we could find them, Which despite our efforts we haven't done so yet. The theory of relativity states if gravitons did exist, , They Should be massless, But If the Graviton, did possess mass, This could solve the mystery of the universes accelerating expansion, If Gravitons Had mass, Than Gravity, as a force wouldn't as easily be able to propagate over long distances, Mathematically, Gravity as a force, would be weaker on a cosmological scale, If it possessed mass. Gravity wouldn't be able to slow down the expansion of our universe if it possessed mass in this way, This could even Hints that Dark energy could have been Gravity this entire time, THis is a theory I've spoken about at length With Kchoo, But I'm just now getting around to posting about it. Kchoo knows more about science than he lets on, Trust in that...
If gravity itself is a particle with mass, It takes up space, if Gravity "possessed mass" Then It could be doing the Job we have assigned to The mysterious Dark energy this entire time.
Just a thought, Trash it if you absolutely need to, to make the current model make sense again... It changes nothing of the solidarity in this theory.
gone to smoke pot until the universe makes sense, SP.
