I'm watching this one... so far it is pretty good and I think it's worth more than the 5.3 that imdb has given it but I'll have to wait and see. I don't have speakers just a wireless headset. I was watching a bunch of youtube clips this morning before I decided to watch the movie and my headset ran out of power so, I still have 25 minutes to watch. lol

You Should Have Left (2020) - IMDb

Not bad at all. It was scary and definitely a thriller, but for a change, there was no one torn apart or blood coming out of the walls. No gore involved at all. lol

I enjoyed it and I would give it 6.8/10 :)

Rikki and I wanted to introduce the boys to Shakespeare. sometimes the bard can be dry and not appealing to young taste. Henry V solves This problem. Action Adventure and the immortal prose of Shakespeare make for an amazing movie. "we few, we happy few."
Chris was captivated by the tale of knights war and intrigue.
His SCA mentor was pleased he embraced the arts. so are we.

see this movie you will be glad you did.
I agree!

next up was "Julus Ceasar" I chose the 1953 version. Again the sometimes dry prose of the Bard came to life. Marlon Brando is stellar. the cast amazing. the conflict between loyalty to friends and country is played out perfectly
it is to note my kids liked it especially Chris who was captivated by it. he asked to see hamlet and Macbeth. Who am I to say no to such a request?

This movie was just weird 6.8/10. It reminded me of the this book about the alleged Gray hybrid program.

Yeah really weird, I thought maybe watching it twice would soften things up but nope, the second time watching it I saw things I missed the first time making it even weirder lol...

Excellent adaptation of The Good Shepherd by C.S. Forester. Best to read the book first, the movie doesn't have the time to flesh out much character detail. It is spot on with the physical action; the CGI is pretty cool. If you're a war movie geek you'll love this, if you're a Tom Hanks fan you'll like it. If you're neither don't bother.

He's a good actor as long as he and/or the movie he's in doesn't get too political lol...I like a good war movie, might have to give this a watch tonight...

I'm binge watching the Die Hard movies this weekend. I have watched the first 2 already. Not sure if I can handle another one before I take a nap, I've been awake 24 hours now. I thought I remembered all of John McClane became famous for uttering in these movies but, I heard one that I really don't remember when I originally saw it in the theares. It's after he kills the brother of one of the robbers, Karl. Near the end when he's fighting him again...
He says, "I'm gonna kill you! I'm gonna fuckin' cook you, and I'm gonna fucking eat you."
I also don't remember the music being so dramatic. lol
