Asteroid 16 Psyche is located in the asteroid belt and is three times further away from the sun than the Earth. It's 252 km/156 mi in diameter and primarily comprised of nickel & iron which matches the earth's core. Its estimated value is 8-10 quintillion dollars. In 2022 NASA will launch a probe to the asteroid and it'll arrived in 2026.

Sorry I misunderstood the whole thing. I'm guessing they will exploit 100% of the asteroid at some point. Besides, this is very close to how Dead Space started
