Advanced RISC Machines and their roll in Future Technology's

Ok, For those whom know nothing about ARM or RISC i will break it down as quickly as I can, as our technology is growing with the need for faster computations, We have had one serious limiter on CPU "Central Processing Unit's" speeds. This being the Materials they are made out of. CPU's Transistors and Resistors can not hand the Thermal loads needed to make them go faster. So, we have repurposed RISC architecture which was created by John Cocke in the 1970's for IBM computers. IBM100 - RISC Architecture RISC stands for "Reduced Instruction Set Computer" 99% of all Mobile electronics such as Tablets, Cellphones and I think there maybe a few Laptop Hybrids out there. Now what makes them special is the coding for these machines. The coding is supposed to be simpler, shorter, and faster to process. I personally do not know. ShadowProphet could elaborate more on the Coding aspect. I am just here to wax philosophically how this technology might impact society. As i am writing this i did some digging and found out about RISC-V Architecture chips which consume more power but are faster. RISC-V would be ideal for lets say Robotic's and ARM would be better for mobile processing.
For fun i will leave some link's and sources for people to check out.
