CHICAGO (NewsNation) — Three whistleblowers will testify before Congress next week on their experience with unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), hoping to destigmatize the topic and educate lawmakers on the dangers of unidentified flying objects.
Among the three whistleblowers is former U.S. Navy fighter pilot Lt. Ryan Graves, who has been speaking out about UPAs since 2017 when he saw a New York Times article reporting on a video of a UAP near miss he was involved in.
Graves said the article made him realize that UAPs were a problem that was still a safety hazard for the pilots who are flying out there and that there was no mechanism for it to get resolved within the Department of Defense.
“That really led me into communicating and educating Congress and others about the severity of this issue, and also the national security implications of having unknown objects in our airspace, in our training ranges,” Graves said.

UFO vs. UAP: What’s the difference?
Graves had reported multiple UAP targets and warned the Pentagon these encounters are putting us at risk.
And the threat to national security has prompted members of Congress to pursue an investigation into UAPs, seeking to declassify important data on the topic and demanding that the information become public knowledge.

The bipartisan effort has met roadblocks from multiple government agencies, receiving a tremendous amount of pushback from other members of Congress, the Intelligence Community, the Pentagon and even NASA.
Due to the pushback, the House Oversight Committee had collected a team of whistleblowers to testify before Congress in hopes that by sharing their UAP experiences, the American public will finally receive a resemblance of an answer. Lawmakers also hope that the testimony will be able to influence the rest of Congress to push forward with legislation that would force the Pentagon to reveal any and all UAP data.
Graves said his goal for testifying this year is to ensure that he can educate members of Congress about what pilots and aircrew have been seeing.
“Congress is key to influencing change on this topic,” Graves said. “And so being able to bring more cases and sharing what I’ve been receiving from other witnesses, I think will be what I’ll be targeting in this hearing.”

Poll: Many believe government hiding what it knows on UFOs
He said it’s important to remember that this is a “pretty clear issue,” and that it is simply a matter of national and aviation safety.
“Having unknown objects in our aerospace, in our commercial airspace and our tactical training ranges are all very serious safety hazards,” Graves said.
While there is a larger conversation around what the government may have known about this and what efforts have been put into understanding UAPs, Graves said he will be focusing on working to destigmatize these topics.
He explained that by destigmatizing the conversation around UAPs, more whistleblowers, such as UAP whistleblower David Grusch — a former national reconnaissance officer representative of the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Task Force with the Department of Defense —can come forward without fear to their career or their personal life.

Graves’ foundation “Americans for Safe Aerospace” has recently started the UAP witness campaign, where UAP witnesses can come forward and share their experience with the support of other whistleblowers.
However, Graves said the foundation wasn’t started with the intent of receiving whistleblower witness reports. It’s just what they have received, he said.
“As it turns out, there are individuals looking to take advantage of some of the whistleblower laws that have come about in Congress, although there is no public-facing mechanism in order to help these folks take advantage of that legislation,” Graves said. “We have had enough people come forward that we’ve had to turn this into a regular process.”
He said he doesn’t want witnesses to feel ignored.

The House Oversight Committee hearing on UAPs/UFOs will be held at 10 a.m. ET July 26. Graves will testify along with Grusch and third whistleblower David Fravor, a former commanding officer of the Black Aces Squadron with the U.S. Navy.

I'm a UFO experiencer who is visited by 'creatures with red eyes and glowing orbs' - my stories are so compelling NASA and the CIA are studying me

A North Carolina man who was on the verge of giving up on life called out to the heavens for help and received a response from what he believes was the third kind.

Former construction mogul Christopher Bledsoe, 62, told DailyMail.com that in 2007 he was nearly penniless after losing his business and ventured out to the dark woods around Cape Fear Lake with thoughts of ending his life.

'I got within 40 feet at the top of the hill, I cried out, 'whoever's up there, help me,' and I never expected to see what I saw,' said Bledsoe.

Hovering about 150 feet above the ground were two orbs glowing a blood-red, tangerine color, and

Bledsoe said these orbs have since appeared over his home 'every night,' and while he is reluctant to call them 'aliens,' he is adamant they are not from this world.

He claims to have captured footage of these orbs and his stories - while they might seem fantastical - have caught the attention of NASA, as well as the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Department of Defense (DoD) agents.

Bledsoe is also featured on History Channels' 'Beyond Skinwalker Ranch,' where investigators travel to his Fayetteville home to analyze video evidence and see the orbs themselves. The episode will air on August 1 at 10 pm ET.

He told DailyMail.com NASA investigated his accounts in 2008 and continued for about eight years after.

Bledsoe said the American space agency 'did their homework' and spoke with people in his community.

He also participated in studies with 'materials not of this world.'

'Tim Taylor [a NASA veteran] placed a metal in my hand that came 50 million light years away,' said Bledsoe.

'They were looking for a reaction, and I had one of the only ones they had ever seen. Taylor said he's never seen anything like it.'

Bledsoe has never wavered with his story, but research has shown that visual hallucinations can occur due to 'neurological and psychiatric disorders, including toxic disturbances, drug withdrawal syndromes, focal central nervous system lesions, migraine headaches, blindness, schizophrenia, and psychotic mood disorders,' according to a study published in the journal National Library of Medicine.

There were dozens of UFO sightings over North Carolina in 2022, and all appeared to be the same as what Bledsoe had experienced - glowing orbs hovering in the air.

Physicist Dr Sean Kirkpatrick, director of the Pentagon's All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), also revealed this month that unidentified metallic orb UFOs have been spotted 'all over the world.'

The book 'Phenomena' by Los Angeles Times report Annie Jacobsen features an interview with former CIA neuroscientist Dr Christopher (Kit) Green, who was commissioned around 2010 by a secret $22 million defense program monitoring UFOs to write a paper on injuries from close encounters with 'anomalous' craft and glowing orbs.

Green told Jacobsen that he found the patients were 'all high-functioning individuals, many prodigious savants, most of whom carry a high-security clearance.'

These individuals reported seeing' [something] that emits some kind of a light or a beam. Some orbs.'

Bledsoe's accounts are shared in book 'UFO of GOD' - and the Foreword is written by former CIA member Jim Semivan who worked in the Central Intelligence Agency's National Clandestine Service for 25 years.

'When Chris first told me the story, I was gobsmacked, reads the Foreword.

'The narrative was truly incredible. And I knew it was an honest recollection of the events that happened to him and his son, Chris Junior.'

Bledsoe's life-changing experience began on September 11, 2001, when the US fell victim to a terrorist attack.

Astronomers hopeful of receiving an alien reply today after beaming message out into space 40 years ago!

Hi guys, just thought that i'd post this little bit of fluff that I found and a wee bit thought provoking...

The fact that I have never agreed with this kind of cavalier action that quite possibly could turn out to be an unsolicited catastrophic action is already known, ... but I think that the idea emanating from a couple of teenage astronomy students coming up with this venture [alcohol fuelled though] and actually achieving it [when sobered up] is an astounding achievement in itself.
... And though according to the newspaper being frivolous enough to not only put an exact date in the article, but also even more impressive... a time! .... I believe that this mindset is astoundingly thoughtless and proves that they by their frivolousness they have got not even a fraction of belief in the possibility of the ETH! ... Because if they had any shadow of doubt that "we are alone in this infinite universe" then they would agree with my own misgivings on such ventures, as that no matter how small the percentage of chance that they sent their 'invitation' [to goodness knows what?] to the correct star system .. i.e one containing intelligent life forms, the one's that are capable of recognising the message to be a message, or the chances of that same intelligent cosmic neighbour being technically advanced enough to actually make a personal appearance, plus the small percentage of chance that these technically advanced neighbours being something akin to the guys in those humongous star-ships in the film 'Independence Day', or simply send a few smaller reconnaissance ships containing hundreds of 'new real estate fumigators' in the style of 'Calvin' from the movie 'Life' ... I ask you, how minute does the possibility have to be before you deem it an acceptable percentage to risk your kids and grandchildren welfare on a long shot? :(

captures_chrome-capture-2023-7-22.jpeg

... oh! and I really wanted to highlight the thirteen pictures that the boys sent forty years ago because I can't read Japanese, and wondered , being that these two teenagers from forty years ago that seems to have been so intelligent and far ahead of their times, if the pictures in no. 11 and 12 were using the modern 2023 pronouns?

Cheers.

Alien Photographed Walking Alongside River in Bolivia?

A strange photograph that has gone viral in Bolivia shows what some believe to be a semi-transparent alien walking alongside a river. The remarkable picture (seen in the video above and isolated below) reportedly appeared on social media in the country last week and quickly spread like wildfire. It is uncertain who snapped the photo, though it is said to have been taken at the Pilcomayo River in the city of Tarija. In the image, a man can be seen standing on the bank of the river and the alleged alien in question appears in the background as if it were inadvertently photographed by the person behind the camera.

As one might imagine, there has been considerable debate on social media in Bolivia as to the veracity of the photo. Asked for by a national media outlet for his take on the curious image, Javier Carlos Cordero, one of the country's leading UFO researchers, observed that the anomaly seen in the picture "looks like a transparent being with long limbs, typical of a gray being." That said, he expressed some reservations about the tantalizing photo, arguing that it "must undergo a process of analysis through a filter that determines its authenticity and whether it has been subjected to digital manipulation. Only then can we discern whether we are dealing with genuine evidence or an edited product."

Cordero went on to note that "Tarija seems to have a special connection to activities of this type and this reinforces the notion that there could be something more at play. The presence of abundant minerals and dimensional portals in the area could be related." However, those who suspect that the photo could be a hoax have noted that the 'alien' is not reflected in the water of the river, which would seem to suggest that it was digitally inserted into the picture sometime after it was taken.

National Archives launches its new public UFO database

A few weeks following the approval of a new bill mandating the National Archives to collect and archive records of UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) sightings, the organization has introduced a website database accessible to the public.

Forming part of the Archives’ innovative “Records Related to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs)” web page, this initiative involves the meticulous cataloging of UAP/UFO photos, videos, and various related documents.

“This is a major, major win for government transparency on U.A.P.s, and it gives us a strong foundation for more action in the future,” Senator Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said (via the New York Times) at the time.

Schumer has been one of the many Congresspeople hoping to pass laws to allow the public better access on what the government does with potential UAP/UFO sightings and discoveries.

“For decades, many Americans have been fascinated by objects mysterious and unexplained and it’s long past time they get some answers,” Schumer said in a statement released by his office. “The American public has a right to learn about technologies of unknown origins, non-human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena.”

Schumer’s statement continued, “We are not only working to declassify what the government has previously learned about these phenomena but to create a pipeline for future research to be made public. I am honored to carry on the legacy of my mentor and dear friend, Harry Reid and fight for the transparency that the public has long demanded surround these unexplained phenomena.”

Schumer’s initial amendment was a bipartisan effort authored by he and Sen. Mike Rounds (R-SD). “Our goal is to assure credibility with regard to any investigation or record keeping of materials associated with Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs),” added Senator Rounds.

“Relevant documents related to this issue should be preserved. Providing a central collection location and reputable review board to maintain the records adds to the credibility of any future investigations.”
