Never realized they were owned by Amazon.
Book Depository is an online book retailer based in the UK that started in 2004. In 2011, it was bought out by Amazon, and by the end of April 2023, it will be shutting down for good.
The online retailer was known for offering free shipping to 160 countries, and it was a useful option for North American customers looking to buy UK titles or UK covers without paying a hefty shipping fee.
Not only no shipping fee, but no tax either. Well The Amazon Octopus took care of that,

I utilize Amazon quite a bit and hope this forces them to improve. I've personally noticed many times that their search engine is skewed. Sometimes I have to do the same search with different terms, or even a precise definition of what I want.

I haven't read through the case fully but get the gist of it. frankly, it makes my skull hurt as I also use Amazon quite a bit. However, I shop online for all sorts of things Amazon doesn't sell and can say that places like that also research one another so there is a general standardization of pricing.

That said, I was just looking for a paint sealant that isn't on store shelves and and all roads do seem to lead to Rome and it doesn't seem to be a coincidence. Not really Rome, more like Jeff's mega-yacht.

Has anybody used Zulily? Sounds like it was good, but apparently is going out of business.
