It looks like some kind of rift in space.

This looks to be a long way off from the camera and appears to be two objects, one with a trail. Whatever they were, it was enough for NASA to shut transmission almost immediately. The Blue Screen lasted for ages, too long to show here unless you like hour long videos. SC1

Since space was multi-colored in that image its likely just something the same color as the space station.

Looks like another satellite in orbit.
