UpDate, R Kelly Was Indicted on 1o counts of Criminal Sexual Activity with Minors it is considered Aggravated Sexual Assault, Based on each individual being under the age of 17 and R, Kelly being at least five years older than the Victim. Aggravated Criminal sexual abuse is a Class A felony each count carries 3 to 7 years.
