Can something that's made of antimatter be alive and intelligent?

I assume a force field of some type would be used. It's reasonable to think such a technology could be perfected.

I still would not easily trust it, even a simple design such as a bungee cord I would not trust to keep me safe, they do have fail rates, so if I was ever to bungee jump it would have to be over water...Although I would not easily trust a rocket to launch me into space, I think that is an acceptable risk lol...

What energy could neutralize it and make it stable...if it's even a thought?

The third element/force/energy would not offer stability of its own accord, this is done equally by all three, creating a natural balance, not saying one could be possibly more domineering than the other two, this is quite possible but there are limits, checks and balances...

With advanced technology the risk may be no more than a simple walk in a park.
I doubt a suit would be used or a simple force field.
One idea would be to be out of phase of the antimatter world so that the matter and antimatter could never really touch yet one would be able to explore.
Also there may be way to invert or convert matter into antimatter. So one would be in a perfect state to interact. Then just convert back.
Thing is there is vast amounts of stuff we have no clue on yet.
A sufficiently advanced alien technology could be capable of almost anything....
