@coubob , you're a DIY guy and I like that. Kind of like handloading or oil changes, why waste money on somebody else?

I was just dealing with a friend who is trying to get medical marijuana and a vaping pen. Doesn't seem too hard but I doubt anyone's really thought through the whole thing. Here in NY I log into one site to do anything state related - DMV, unemployment, health care market - anything. Not pistol permits but I wouldn't be surprised to see that at some point in the future. Thing is, that's where you go to get the medical doobage approved and my oh my do they want ALL of your personal detail plus that of a designated caregiver. In my friend's case that was ME. I had to say no - I refuse to have that connected to me for any reason. Can't risk my CDL, pistol permit, run the risk of it somehow showing up on a background check in a job application. He found an alternative fortunately.

It might be far more accepted and even legalized but the Devil's in the details, eh? Hence the DIY approach.

Here in Pennsylvania there is a lot of red tape to go through in order to get medical marijuana. Your family doctor has to send you to a state approved physician. This doctor asks you a few questions and then you get issued a card for the go ahead. As the federal government has not approved marijuana, all transactions have to be cash on the barrel. No credit cards allowed. Then you get to go to the marijuana store.

Since Covid you have to drive up to the door of the business to be waited upon. No one is allowed inside the building these days. All I can say is that these marijuana sellers do a brisk business. There is usually a long line of cars when I go shopping.

Both have always been true :)

From what little I know about it buying it legally is fantastically expensive. Generally an ounce of 'name brand' stuff would run about $200, not more than $250. Buying it in volume starting at a quarter pound makes sense. Dispenseries look to be ten times that if not more.

    Hypothetically speaking, of course.

Pot quiz - anybody remember a 'lid' ?

The marijuana that is available today is much more potent from back in the 1970s. It is more expensive today by a large margin. And yes, I do remember a ‘lid’.

More than 1/2 the hairs are red and the trichomes i cant really tell. I dont have big buds just alot up and down the stems. Think i counted 105 buds on all 3. The middle sized plant has some big ones. The hairs on it is 1/4 it looks like, but the tricombs on it look ready As well as the small one. Now i know why they trim all the tiny shit below the third one from the top. And i have not harvested nothing yet. i just flushed them with distilled phed water today and switched the light to bloom only for the last two weeks or so, i managed to get the EC level down by half today from 2.5 to 1.2,

It`s said i am suppose to start counting from the first day i start to see preflowers (60-65 days) for gorilla breath, and that would`ve been March 30 for the big clone, April 14th on middle sized one and the April 16th smaller one. But they also say dont go counting days alone. the white hairs should be at least 60% red, and or the trichomes should be all white. i think the big clone is ready or was. the other two has a while yet.

I got up this mornin thinkin i was going to cut my biggest, but she had all sorts of new white hairs pointing up, so i guess that gallon of distilled water had brought it to where it likes it to be at 1.2 ec. and or me setting the dehumidifier down to 45% did the trick and invigorated her. i also turned off the veg light on the beelux05 led light and have on only the bloom light, they all seemed to love that. 3 more weeks i`m guessing, hopefully they all grow alot in that time, ill keep posting pics even if the buds are tiny.

You've got the healthiest weeds in the neighborhoods. lol

They look too small for harvest to me, but I have never seen a bonsai'd plant before this. You haven't been tempted to try even one bud yet?
