I heard this today on the Fox show The Five. Seventy years ago today on September 18, 1947 the National Security Act took effect and the CIA was established. The day before James Forrestal was appointed as the first Secretary of Defence. He was rumored to be one of the original members of MJ-12. He jumped or was thrown out a window at the Bethesda Naval hospital shortly after Truman asked him to resign. I strongly suspect the year 1947 is symbolic to 19.47 degrees north and south of the equator. There's torsion fields on earth at those points, Jupiter's red spot & most sunspots happen at the same locations.
