I'm saving up for one of these. Bass VI's are amazing instruments. I've played bass and guitar since I was a teen so this gives me an idea.
I'm going to split the signal into a guitar amp and a bass amp with separate pedals (bass microsynth for a very modern crunchy bass sound and octave-up with some overdrive+distortion for a nice punchy rock tone) to get just the noise I'm looking for out of each. I'll be rhythm guitar, bassist and singer at the same time. My buddy's game to play some lead over it and I've got a drum machine that'll do for now.
We're going to play us some dirty, dirty blues rock.
