Also thought this article was a rather relevant one - number 3 dealing with the FBI is quite an eyeopener (as is number 8 dealing with Operation Ajax) and I was completely unaware that Turkey bombed its own consulate in 1955.

The deceivers use this tactic to discredit another group and start wars, enact severe laws, overthrow political opponents, gain alliances, or otherwise get an advantage.

As we will see, those carrying out the acts are all too willing to sacrifice lives or promote fear and violence to solidify their ruses. Some of these events are proven to be false flags, while others are simply suspected.

I am not sure why Paperclip has any negative connotations-in context of the era it made sense. I remember seeing Werner von Braun on Disney, so in that case I think the conspiracy was to whitewash the swastikas over.

Thing is, we’re talking about them here. I’d throw in Project Jennifer as an example. There absolutely was a conspiracy to mislead and misdirect and it pertained to the highest level of national security. But I know about it because it almost always comes out in the wash at some point.

Agreed. It would have been WAY worse to have let the Soviets get hold of them. It would also have been dumb to have just kept them in prison and not utilized them. The only negative I can see is that it was kept secret. But publicizing it might have made it impossible to utilize them and would have been to our disadvantage vis-à-vis the USSR.

I do believe that there are many of those we share our planet with that are human and helping these non-humans to succeed. In return for money, power and control. I think that's worse somehow because working against your own kind makes the betrayal even more devastating.
