So, here is a place of deep thought, A place where you are allowed to theorize realistically unrestricted, Realistically because, I mean come on, People can and will comment, But, I set the margins for this thread, You can theorize and get input for anything you want to here, It's not restricted to Science or even one person's opinion, This Isn't a battlefield, you can't win or lose here. It's a place To Plant Pure creativity and see if it catches on.


For a first, Out there theory, I have this extremely strange thought, About the Reasons That Russian spy ship was off our east coast on the day of the house impeachment.




This little bit of news fell through the cracks in light of the impeachment itself.

I feel This move by the Russians was a statement. "Here we are, spying, on the day of the house impeachment" To me, this tells, of a Russia that is trying to hide something,
Perhaps they feel if Trump was impeached, That Russia would somehow stand accused of some sort of Crime as a result? possibly of interfering with the election process? A threat of war? and this "statement" happened On impeachment day to boot. Regardless of how one sees it. That was a statement, But, What Statement were they making exactly?

You make a really good point though, In reality, there is every reason that almost every nation would be spying on each other in today's climate, Just because My idea of what a spy is, falls in line with most bond movies, Doesn't mean the act of spying has lost any kind of advantageous value to any side, I assume, In reality, the life of a legit spy is much cooler than what we even see in the movies.

We all do it. We spy on our friends, enemies, ourselves. Always have, always will. Normal - except the Russians have honed the fake fishing trawler to such a degree that they might as well paint 'spy ship' down the sides in ten foot high letters. If they did that to their real fishing trawlers they might actually succeed in confusing us a while.

Remember a few years ago after Wikileaks that we were recording all of Angela Merkel's phones calls? From the looks of it lots of take out orders.
