That man is insane, his thinking is so far removed from reality, its this type of soulless people who must be held back from making any sort of contributions to society; but unfortunately they are in positions of power...

Bravo well said mate and yes absolute whack-job.. but unfortunately these types of individuals are 'coveted' by governments (especially intel agencies).

As far as I can see all this new invasive brain tampering tech (Neuralink) has a direct evolution from Delgado's work back in the 1960's and it's glaringly apparent he was one freakishly disturbed individual.

He also conducted 'experiments' on humans (including female psychiatric patients) without consent and apparently his main funding came from the Office of Naval Research and the Air Force AeroMedical Research Laboratory.
