Entity Spotted on Baby Monitor? Coast to Coast AM



A creepy piece of footage from a family in Ireland seems to show some kind of figure momentarily appear on a baby monitor. In the video, a couple are setting up the device so that they can keep an eye on their baby. As the husband remotely adjusts the camera so it shows his wife's face, he is stunned to see what appears to be someone's head poke out of a doorway behind his wife.

After unleashing a bewildered cry, the man runs into the room to track down the oddity, but finds that there is no one there except for his wife and the baby. Nonetheless, he insists that he saw something and some online viewers agree, suggesting that the anomaly was some kind of entity or perhaps even a ghost.

However, more skeptical observers have argued that the video is a hoax and that the 'entity' is merely a clever creation of video editing software. While we cannot be certain of that, there is one element of the footage which is rather curious and that is the question of why the husband was filming the otherwise mundane scene in the first place.

Families have stories, Sometimes they pass these stories along, I can not testify to how true this story is.
This is a story from my Uncle who has been passed away since 1994. When I was a child he told me a story about my cousin, She was very sick, She has pneumonia and the hospitals were full at the time it was winter and the rooms where all full, the ambulances were all on the roads with other cases. They Took my cousin to the hospital, And they literally could not get her in for help, The place was that busy, And she was really sick, The ice was coming down, It was some kind of ice storm, making travel impossible, They where told that their best bet for her was to take her to another hospital that was 75 miles away, On the road they made it about halfway and could not continue because conditions where so bad the roads where closed because of traffic jams, They had no choice but to rent a motel room. They did so, When they went into the motel room, There was a cat there, Already in the room.

The car was described as ugly, Only having one eye, most of its fur was missing, Like it had mange, It seemed overall to be a friendly cat, and they where animal lovers so they did not put the cat outside because it was so cold and terrible out, They fed the cat and petted it some and went to sleep, my uncle hears the baby coughing terribly and wakes up and rushes to see if the baby is okay, when he gets to where the baby is, He sees the cat standing over the baby, A green smoke is coming out of the babies mouth and into the cats mouth. My uncle is frightened at this point and doesn't know what to do, He rushes to the baby, Scaring the cat, At this point, the cat hisses and runs away through the motel wall as if the wall wasn't even there Like it phased right through the wall or something.

And there you have it, A story My uncle told me when I was small, That' I hadn't thought about in years.
He swore to this story and that my cousin wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for that cat.

I don't know, It's a neat story I guess. Happy Haloween and Stuff Guys, I know it's early, But Damn, I love Halloween.

As to the video, I have to wonder if there are any other people in the house? The image on the baby monitor we used was not terribly clear and sometimes shapes would appear that were caused by flickering lights.
