It's interesting he also uses the word "demonstrations" That is the D&D I've mentioned for quite sometime: Demonstrations & Displays. They don't resolve every human conflict, because they operate in a far more complex information universe, able to predict results of actions very long-term, very far ahead --kind of like how religious people describe God's plan --we may not understand it at the time
