You really catch and eat wild turkeys? I guess people hunt and eat deer, so it shouldn't strike me as unusual.
Spring & Fall seasons. Shotgun & bow. I used to work with a guy that wanted to inflict hours long video of what he sees from his blind. Painful.
I used to handgun hunt squirrels and deer, more as an extension of the pistol hobby than hunting. Challenging. Won’t shoot it unless I intend to eat it. Had one too many rat dinners for my taste. Never got a deer but let a few pass without taking the shot. ‘Could’ve’ was enough for me. No turkeys at all but they are all over the place stound here. My brother is the big WI sportsman. Nature is his pantry
To be honest it's more of a joke. I could not bring myself to hurt them. And my oldest son would never forgive me. My oldest daughter feeds them.
There's wild turkeys around my area, I have been wanting to try wild turkey, never have eaten a wild one before...The hunting season is in the spring, so maybe next year?...lol Turkey Seasons & Regulations North Carolina Hunting & Fishing ...

He took me into a veitnamese grocer OMG, eyes in glass jars and stuff, ugh. we went for the big bags of rice.
This is a picture for the woman that said I didn't carry my children in the womb for nine months, so I had an x-ray to prove just where I carry my children ... always! Cheers.
