Creepy figure spotted on Google Maps lurking inside deserted Chernobyl building (See video on the link) A ghostly figure spotted on Google Maps lurking inside a deserted building in Chernobyl has freaked out the internet. TikTok user @hidden.on.google.earth shared the creepy discovery just four days ago and his video has already been seen more than 145,000 times. The clip shows him zooming in on an old post office in Pripyat, Ukraine. Following the Chernobyl disaster in 1986, the building was quickly abandoned leaving all that was left to slowly rot away. In the video, postcards and letters can be seen littering the floor while a bizarre colorful mural remains intact on the wall. But there appears to be one thing out of place in the room. As the camera pans around, an eerie figure can be seen perching on the windowsill pointing directly at the camera. It is impossible to see its face as a long white cloak covers it. .
Watch: Moment historian captures ghost of a lady in red while filming haunted Warwickshire castle (Video on the link) Footage of what is claimed could be the ghost of a former queen has been captured by a history enthusiast at a ‘haunted’ Warwickshire castle. Paul Sanders filmed the amazing footage of a ghostly lady in red at Astley Castle near Nuneaton. The 42-year-old could not believe his eyes when the figure, which was wearing a flowing red gown, appeared by the doorway of the medieval castle. Mr Sanders, who is a tour guide at Stoneleigh Abbey in Warwickshire is heard on the footage expressing his shock at what he had just witnessed. While giving a commentary on an old well at the 13th century castle in the village of Astley between Nuneaton and Fillongley, he suddenly jumps in surprise after filming the apparition. On the footage Mr Sanders can be heard saying: “This could be an old door, or a well or a cellar.” Panning across to take in the view of the castle, Mr Sanders suddenly says: “Now there is a lady standing there, I hope that is not a ghost. “I’m just going to pan it round. I just saw a lady but she’s gone. “I’ve got to look at this footage back. I saw a lady. Did I just see a ghost? I think I just saw a ghost.” Mr Sanders posted the footage on Twitter and TikTok and within 48 hours it went viral with more than 50,000 views and shares. He was filming a documentary about castles in Coventry and Warwickshire when he stumbled across the eerie spectre last Wednesday (February 3). He said: “I was doing this mundane video for a homemade documentary about the 12 castles surrounding Coventry between the 11th and 15th century – and there was a dark-haired lady standing there. “I wasn’t sure if it was a ghost or a lady. She was wearing a long black skirt, a red top and was looking rather forlorn. I was intrigued. “As I continued walking on the castle site I couldn’t see anyone – she disappeared.” Mr Sanders added: “I was on a permitted dog walkers’ route and it was very quiet. “She cannot have gone inside as the castle is closed to the public and the main gates are padlocked. “I’ve always been interested in castles. When you delve into the history of Coventry there were 12 castles within 10 miles of Coventry, in conjunction with the 12 city gates. “I’ve found eight – but four are missing. This particular site is believed to be haunted.” .
IDK, I certainly do not claim to be a ghost expert, but she has sunlight shining on her face and shirt and there is a partial shadow on the wall. She seems alive to me?
Creepy moment two-year-old Georgia triplets scream and hide from a 'ghost' on their bedroom wall before telling their mom they saw a 'monster'
Some wierdness, with my middle grandson. When he was a baby my daughter lived with a man who was suicidal. He was pretty smart about it, never said anything to indicate that he thought about it. He loved my grandson and my grandson loved him. Of course because of his mental issues it was an emotional yo yo living with him for my daughter so she finally left him. The man had an 8 year old daughter , Lilly, who would stay with him every other week and one night after she went to her room he climbed out the window and hiked up into the lava fields behind the subdivision he lived in and texted my daughter (not his daughter's mother or his sister, his ex-girlfriend) saying "Someone needs to go get Lilly". My daughter knew immediately what that meant and jumped in the car to go to his house, she called his sister on the way and texted me to come there to get her boys. By then, of course it was too late and it was morning before anyone could find him because he was a cop and knew they would be using heat sensing equipment on a helicopter to look for him. He knew that the lava would show up as heat and hide him until day light. So, what I was getting at originally is that my grandson talked to him for years after he died. He was almost 3 at the time and even when he was 6 he would say "Pat told me...". This grandson also always had orbs around him in almost every photo I took of him during that time. He sometimes mentions his Granny (my deceased mother) as well. And even now at the age of 10 he sometimes tells my daughter things when she is thinking about Pat, like "Mamma it is not your fault, there was nothing you could do." She isn't saying things out loud, just thinking and he responds that way.
Now, unless that was an intentionally perpetrated hoax by some unseen adults in the house .. eg. someone whispering, tapping or scratching on the other side of the wall. ... Then that was a brilliant and riveting piece of footage showing something 'strange' going off in that little nursery/bedroom! ... of course it could just be a case of the gorgeous little girl's' creative imagination.? ... but whatever it was, it was a realistic scene of a normal domicile complete with the little cutie's bedroom trashing [as all kids do] and the general sense of excitement displayed by the kids when encountering 'something' that they consider 'out of the ordinary'. I'm not saying that they were genuinely seeing 'a ghost' in the film ... but if there are any local paranormal investigators in the area... then imo I think it might be worth while knocking on the door! ... great find Nivek. Cheers.
I completely agree, this is quite a compelling piece of footage and it warrants more investigation, both of the incident and the video footage itself to authenticate it...If real they need boots on the ground with paranormal investigators on site if the family allows it... Here's another incident posted today involving a young child and ghost(s)... ... Ghost Pulls Girl Under Bed? An unsettling piece of footage circulating online shows what appears to be a little girl being pulled under her bed by an unseen force as she cries out to her mother for help. The chilling incident reportedly occurred this past Sunday evening just before midnight and the video was subsequently shared on TikTok the next day by the toddler's dad, Josh Dean. In captioning the post, the unnerved father simply wrote "my daughter being pulled under the bed ... wife thinks she crawled, but she was pulled by something." In the truly creepy footage, the youngster can be seen clambering off of her bed and looking underneath it as if something had drawn her attention. She then begins to slowly disappear under the bed while bellowing "mommy" over and over again in a moment that is pure nightmare fuel. The girl can then be heard wailing from beneath the bed until her mother comes into the room and lifts the furniture up to free her. Unsurprisingly, the eerie video quickly went viral, amassing nearly a million views in just a few days. In an update posted by the girl's mother a few days later, she insisted that the incident was not staged and conceded that "I can't explain it." She went on to explain that she had initially thought that her daughter had simply crawled under the bed and gotten stuck, but seeing the footage made her suspect that perhaps something paranormal had taken place. .
I don't really want to think that there might actually be something under my bed. Other than Frank and Louie. Nope.
I am starting to believe that children are much more in tune with unseen spirits than adults are, on average. A child's mind is much more of a blank slate and accepts whatever it perceives without the decades of experience and conditioning that an adult mind has.
Actually, we have a captain's bed - a platform with drawer units underneath. Takes all the fun out of it for evil clowns, various other nasties. Just a void an no opportunities for ankle grabbing. When one of the cats can't be found we just open a couple of drawers and usually find them in there all curled up.
