As a child I could not leave the table until I had eaten all I was given. This included livers and kidneys which I see as filters. I ate a white valve one night that horrified me and I thanked my mother for such a fine choice in dining. The faggot always concerned me in my youth, made by a company called brains and looked like small brains made out of fecies , with a shiny brown sauce that resembled fecie contaminated cerebrospinal fluid.

Brother, There has been days i would have eaten everything you listed. I was raised in a middle to poor class family. The middle class disappeared in the late 80's to early 90's. SP him self knows there has been weeks, i had not went home as a teenager because i slept in his driveway. I have went literally over a week without eating before. Never knew where my next meal was coming from. Heck, it is the same today. But i learned to Hustle. Anyway. point of my rant was in life nothing is certain. Meals do not come free and every breath you take could be your last. So, With this way of thinking i would rather die on a full stomach than on an empty one.

To put it simpler, Eating is a Biological Function. Pepe, your mother did you rough by Societal Standards but by Biological Functional Requirement's she did you Right. Brains have large loads of Calorie's, Liver have large loads of Iron, and Kidneys i am not sure the beneficial load they have. Those might be a Filler But at least she loved you enough to feed ya.

I've eaten hundreds of filters under the illusion they would put hairs on my chest. Liver and bacon was a weekly ordeal and the dreaded steak and kidneys was less frequent which made them seem even worse.

Oh, Hey i just noticed the Title of this post. Yeah, i had SP to accompany me to a Doctors visit. I had a test where they shock me and measure the nerves response. I have peripheral Nephropathy. They also stuck a needle into me with a Micro Microphone of sort to listen to the electrical signal my muscles were creating.
This is all because i had an accident which tilted my pelvic bone forward an inch and cause a Scottie Dog Fracture at my S1 Vertebra. This happened three years ago and at current date they are testing the Nerves to see if the slipping of my spinal column has caused any damage to my Spinal cord.
Anyway all of this will end up in me needing Rods in my back.

For sure she did me right and now I repay the debt as one should. As a child there were meals I couldn't wait for and two I dreaded. More of a lesson in obedience over health values, probably carried down the line as a sign of the times when nothing could go to waste.
