I don't either, its just the dreams felt so real that they scared me. I am totally fine with the possibility that I am living a different life with someone else in another plane of existence. It just caused some real dissonance for the two worlds to feel like they were coming together.

    Quantum universe

Which universe are you in ? What is a universe? Are you currently living in the past? Or currently the future? Is the empty space we call our universe a simulation or a dream? Or possibly both?
These are questions we have been trying to find the answers to since the beginning of mysticism and the scientific method. We will never know the secrets and answers to everything there is to know about the universe.

Perhaps if we research what love is we might stand a chance at figuring out what the actual mechanisms are that hold our reality together. Because a lot of the populace and I believe that what ever love actually is at this particular energy fields true quantum structure and makeup is the sole creative energy force that gives birth to all creation through out our universe and if we can pinpoint this energy pattern and study it maybe we can begin to unravel some secrets of reality.

That's what Eben Alexander said his main takeaway was from his NDE. It's all about love, the most important thing in the universe.

I have had dreams...lucid and otherwise of other universes, In many of them I was welcomed as an reality altering troublemaker. In others, just an explorer of the multiverse.

I have posted some of them in the dreams of extraterrestrials over the years.
I do know I have lived in various other universes in past lives.
In some the laws of physics is not as we know it here.

To use Lucid dreaming to see the future is an uncertain endeavor. In star wars Yoda tells us "Difficult to see always in motion the future is." I look to see the most likely out come of an event. recently I used it to see what will become of my daughter modeling for a website. well it is most likely that after publication she gets paid and her life unfolds with out a note except now and then some one recognizes her and talks to her about it. this is the MOST likely outcome. I began to look for other outcomes different realities. in one she gets an offer for a second shoot. based on her popularity on the site.
She takes it. and it unfolds in a similar manner. Then further out. Her popularity grows. She slowly eases into the life of a professional model. Her goal of becoming a lawyer is cast aside. All of it I saw in dreams. I looked at my oldest son his Life is headed in a direction that 5 years from now he will become a marine. our little one is 6 i cant see anything for her. because her future is so unset.
I don't like doing it because one day you get a result and the next something different.
But in the end result the future tends to its own.
    Blessed Be

One lucid dream I had that would pertain to this website was me standing at the picture window in our house. It is pitch black out and I am looking out at the night sky. Above the house is a fleet of UFOs hovering. I remember two things. I was completely overwhelmed by this sight. The other was just how vivid this scene was.

I honestly don't think anybody can do it with 100% accuracy, humans just don't have that capability. Even Edgar Cayce missed the mark more than a few times.

you may in your lucid dream be removing a masking extradimensional beings have placed upon you to hide their interaction with you. I strongly recommend you practice a deep meditative seeking of the truth behind these encounters. the more I read the more I'm sure it was an actual event that was masked, review what I wrote previously. and use that as a basis. I'm truly hoping you find the truth in your dreams. and the reality behind it.

You may well be right. This was the one dream I recall involving UFOs. It only happened once, as far as I can recall. I do have dreams that I believe involve past lives that I have led. I won’t get into details but events in my current life lead me to believe those dreams are quite true. I do meditate daily but it doesn’t involve past lives. It would be more along the lines of Buddhist meditation practices.

I have lucid dreams every so often. I am getting my sleep apnea treated so hopefully I can have them more frequently. I am pretty good at calming myself down and getting to the point where my spirit is a little detached, but my trouble breathing keeps it from going any farther.

I have a mild case of sleep apnea.
I refused the CPAP machine. Tried it once over a year ago and got No sleep in those 3 days.

Every now and again I get the feeling that my mind is buzzing with activity like a jet plane about to take off. I think it is what mystics describe as "vibration". I have felt what I think is my consciousness "lifting up", but not high enough for an out of body experience. A friend of mine who is a Catholic mystic says this sort of experience is often a prelude to OBE, the mind and spirit are testing the waters so to speak. Anybody else have this kind of experience?

Maybe the weather change has something to do with it. It's chilly and I leave windows open in the bedroom and it feels wonderful to bury myself in a pile of blankets. My cat figured this out some time ago which is why he inhabits the laundry basket.

Thing is, I've had the most vivid lucid dreams I think I have ever had and the ability to remember quite a lot of them. Feels like I am totally wide awake and I think I am but realize something isn't quite right, very confusing. The dreams themselves turn completely absurd and even that doesn't convince me I'm still asleep. Was just going through this a short time ago before I woke up.

Two nights ago laying on my stomach I felt heavy pressure on my lower back and was pinned down. Dreaming of an enormous cat sitting there. I've actually had enormous cats and this wasn't one of them. This must be the Old Hag syndrome, whatever it's called. Startling. Thought I'd felt it before but not like this. This wasn't negative at all but it was just the damndest thing. Sleep paralysis is normal (I think) so we don't get up and hurt ourselves. I can easily see where a different experience could be interpreted as some negative paranormal entity. Thankfully it was just a big fat cat.

I've recently begun exercising more, which really helps my sleep. I'm having a lot of LSD like dreams, with ordinary places and things that just go weird. The emotions and thought processes I have in the dreams are very real. Its both fun and scary, thats for sure.

Seems like an overnight maintenance routine, lots of everyday stuff in there and things on my mind repackaged.

That said, how in the hell did the sweet old lady that lived down the block from me where I grew up even make it in there ? I knock on the door and say hello and it's just who I remember. Then she lifts up her dress - the embroidered muumuu I remember - and waves hairy man junk at me exclaiming 'I'm just like you' WTF ??!!

    Please help me understand ........
